The gentlemen today from boonton, was very attentive and on point with my request for more tobacco juices in higher nic and NOT salt. Had to get a little creative with the stock there in ROCKAWAY but his customer service was excellent and he listened to my request for tobacco flavors in 6 mg inc custards - tobacco monster is a highly favored one by many.

Puff city has the good reasonable prices im consistently there and his service today deserves a shout out, my apologies I forgot to ask his name but he was in today 10-11-23 from boonton.

Puff city is absolutely amazing. Their prices are on point and they have really cool and loyal customers. The owner (can't spell your name lol) is super dope and knowledgeable as well. If you get the chance if you're in there, ask him about his martial arts experience.

I’ll start by saying the customer service is always amazing; the owner and all employees know what they are talking about and answer every question I have with complete honesty which is VERY hard to find. This is the best smoke shop I have ever been in. There is the best looking bald guy I have ever seen in my life. I have bought an extremely nice bong here. Every time I come in the employees are very welcoming and extremely helpful. If you’re ever in Morris county and are smoker I would suggest coming here!!!!!!!!!

PuffCity Rockaway, the owner is extremely knowledgeable about his product. He is there to help you, he will listen to your story and direct you to what will help you, what u want or what you need. Knows his product, he will explain it to you and takes his time with you and wont make you feel uncomfortable. Lots of product also.
