DXL Big + Tall

This location has such amazing customer service. The store manager Amanda is beyond amazing. I thought I lost my wallet here and she played back the security tapes to see if I might have left it while shopping. Seriously, stellar customer service.

My experience at DXL was a very positve one becuse of your associate, Shikioni, she is very helpful, very knowledgeable about your merchandise and has a very friendly disposition. I now call the store before going there to make sure Shikioni is working that day.

Went shopping there for a 3XLT family member and was surprised at the quality and selection available. Nicely organized, comfortable store.
Highly reccomend if you are on the "I need clothes that fit" side.

Always able to find clothing for my husband. He's a big man and not easy to find nice clothing in regular Dept. stores. Clothing is priced on the high side. Our sale person was very nice and attentive.

I visited the Secaucus Store and it was a good experience. Friendly Helpful Staff and atmosphere. I wear their smallest size pants so I sometimes have an availability issue. I’m going to try the Staten Island Store today. Im in Bayonne so it’s closer than Secaucus. I don’t care much about the price as long as the fit and quality are good. Always try on every item! If it’s not comfortable then don’t buy it! I found their casual pants excellent! Make sure you get tThey right length!!! Good Quality! Good Value for the bucks.

Every time I go into the store everything is so neat! Plus all of the workers ask if I need help. I work in sales and it's a big thing for me to feel welcomed into the store.

Great experience , went in thinking of what i wanted to purchase took a suggestion or two from the people working and together came out with an outfit that i looked and felt great in . Anna and the other staff are great in the staten island store .

The staff at DXL always do their best to accommodate me whenever I walk into the store. Raging from the right t-shirt, pants, belt, or suit the staff gives you full attention and makes sure that your satisfied with their services. That to me is makes the experience even better. I no longer have to search for a store for rags, footwear gear, outerwear, hats, socks, etc., I am a big wide size guy, whose need no longer: Got DXL. - My everything accessory store outlet, easy to get to locations around town, and prices that fit my budget. Very satisfied with purchases, and fashion styles meet my "attention to detail kinda Flava demands" Keep up the great work .guys

I used a gift card so the experience was painless. Forgot to use my $20 Coupon. Guy that took care of me was great. Prices are double what other stores charge

Good customer service, clean premises awesome variety of apparel. Beautiful clothes, very nice colors. If its not in stock, they can order the item for either home delivery or store pickup. Very accommodating staff.

Big guy’s clothes. They have a lot to chose from. I’m like in between. So it’s hard to find my size in normal stores or big guys stores but this place has it all.

Salesman was super helpful and attentive even though it was just him and about 6 other customers. You should give him a raise!!!
