Lucy and Alex are very professional and courteous. They both greet you when you walk in. They are both very knowledgeable about the products and plans available. Lucy is a rockstar when it comes to setting up new devices and ensuring you understand all that you need in order to operate your new device. She can also multi task so no other customers are waiting. She asks if she can help them and is able to address their concerns even while transferring data from an old phone to a new one. I have been to several different Verizon stores in FL and NY, and this is by far the best quality service I have received. I would recommend this store to anyone who has or would like to have Verizon as their carrier.

I came in with questions regarding my phone and watch, and Lucy was so helpful. She was very detailed and elaborate in going over all my concerns. She is very outstanding, professional, patient, caring, knowledgeable, and has a very nice smile. I highly recommend visiting this store to see her.

We received a warm welcome from Shawn the manager and Lucy the customer service representative. Lucy was super knowledgeable regarding my new phone set up. I would definitely return to this location because of their ( Shawn & Lucy)service, knowledge and positive attitudes.

I had a wonderful experience at this Verizon store! I had been putting off going in when my phone ran into issues, but I’m so glad I chose this store. Izzy, Lucy, Alex and Shawn went above and beyond to help myself and many other customers on a busy day. They were multitasking and working seamlessly as a team so that everyone was assisted. While I was waiting for my phone to transfer data, they even gave my baby a little toy to play with! This is what customer service should be.

Lucy Blewitt helped us today resolve a problem we had with (billing) at another store. She was patient, very well informed and helped us set up our billing for auto-pay on our phones which had contributed to part of our grivences on our account. Thank you Lucy and Verizon she is an asset to your company.

This five star review is ONLY because of Jennifer, the Verizon employee at this store who assisted me. I originally went in with plans to leave Verizon since I've had such consistent poor customer experiences at other stores in SRQ and surrounding areas. Jennifer was patient, informative and not only did I stay with Verizon, she also sold me a new phone. If you want your question answered or simply want to be treated like a person and not just like an opportunity for commission, go see Jennifer. I will continue going to this store to ensure that Jennifer is my associate whenever I have an issue with my phone and/or bill. She is the best and I'm very grateful for her help and kindness.

Jennifer Montoya assisted me in upgrading and setting up my new iPhone. She was very patient, efficient and lovely to interact with. I was very satisfied with the service provided and highly recommend her as a customer specialist!

Lucy was such a big help! i came in with a billing issue and she walked me through why it was so high, and helped me sort everything out.

I came in a few days ago with a smashed up phone didn’t think it was worth anything and Kristie got me a credit on it and I came in a few days later and had to get a new case because I had a bubble in mine and Justin helped me in a snap. I was in and out quick. I appreciate them appreciating my time.

I cannot say enough good things about Jonathan Hohn. When I arrived, he was alone at the store and helping 3 customers simultaneously. He was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I had a problem with my SIM card, and he was very helpful and determined to resolve my issue. He tried fixing it himself, but the problem was the SIM card itself. He contacted the technical support team, and resolved me issue. I am very pleased with the way in which Jonathan handled the situation. He is a fine young man, and I would highly recommend him.

Jonathan Hohn gave immaculate service, good conversation, and was overall a really genuine person. I've never had this type of service at any other phone store. I had went to the other store a few minutes away and they were terrible and I felt like a burden asking them simple questions. Jonathan was closing up but still gave quality service. Thanks Jonathan! I will be getting my grandparent's phones soon!
