We have been going here ever since they opened. The selection is amazing and they have some amazing products you can’t find at other vape shops. JB has made every trip truly enjoyable! You can tell he really cares about his customers and his customer service couldn’t be beat. Honestly, he is the main reason we keep coming back. Every trip is a great experience and his positive energy is contagious!

Hands down the best Vape shop I’ve ever gone to. JB is the best, he goes above and beyond to help you find what you’re looking for and if he can’t get it or doesn’t have it he finds a way to get it. My husband and I love this vape shop, by far has the largest selection. JB is always super helpful and if they don’t have the juice I’m looking for he will always offer to supply it later on. Hands down the best vape shop in the falls. & probably the only one that buys nicotine in juice rather then putting their own in. Which is a plus for me! Check it out! You won’t be disappointed.

JB has been nothing but pleasant and knowledgeable in any questions or recommendations. Honestly, if you're a smoker, and want to quit, I can't think of someone better to get to know and talk with. He's very nice, and soft spoken from the multiple interactions I've had with him. Any juice I need, coils, tanks, mods, and pods, JB is my go to guy. Even if you want to try disposable's or actual MTL or DTL vaping, he has a good bit of answers and customer service to help ease any concerns/worries you may have. Do yourself a favor, and go to Urban Konnection and meet JB, you won't regret it!
