Whille on vacation had to get prescriptions transferred to this location. By the time we arrived in two hours they had them transferred from a different location, filled, billed and ready to go! My own Walgreens in my town let us down by but placing the order when they were supposed but luckily for my asthmatic toddler this location picked up their slack. Thank you now my toddler can have a snow play vacation without worrying about a trip to the ER!! I'm very grateful to the staff/pharmacist on duty!

Alexis deserves a raise!! She found my misplaced package in spite of being swarmed with other customers. It's rare when employees like her take the extra step for the customer, pay her what she is owed!

Incredibly helpful & friendly staff - bent over backward to make sure that I was well taken care of when I needed a prescription refill while visiting from out of state.

On a busy Friday night, I was able to get my prescription dropped off and filled in about 10 minutes. Ashley and Debra were very quick and helpful, so shout out to them! And the physician working in the pharmacy, whose name I did not catch, was very pleasant too. Thank you!

Very quick service and professional handling of my new medications. My husband and I were impressed at the excellent pharmacy and service. We look forward to making this our new drugstore.

The pharmacists at this location are exceptionally friendly and go above and beyond in helping customers. I once had a prescription that expired before the doctor authorized a refill, and they managed to do what was needed so I didn't run out over the MLK weekend. They even called me once when I left an item I paid for on the counter. Exceptional service.

Travis is by far the best pharmacist in Flagstaff! He has been extremely helpful during my medication shortage and handled questions under extremely stressful conditions, during the pandemic, with nothing but professionalism! I can’t say enough good things about him, Walgreens is lucky to have him!!

They are prompt with my prescriptions & call when they are ready. I have had no problems with any of my many experiences with them.

I find the Pharmacy generally quite expedient and although the pharmacists are quite busy, they take as much time as someone needs to answer questions. I rarely buy anything else here unless on sale as their prices, like any drug store are a little steep.

Shout out to the Pharmacy staff... even with cars in the drive thru and people waiting i think i have waited at the most like 15 to 20 minutes to get my stuff... they are super efficent and professional. This is the only pharm i use.

Love the blonde lady. She always has a fun and bright attitude. Total asset to your store. She works the counter in the front. Keep on being your bright and beautiful self. 😍

The pharmacy staff was amazing even though they were really busy, I sat down for an hour wait for my medications to be filled and they were wonderful they even checked up on me and tried to speed along the process!

Have NEVER had any problems here. VERY good people here..

I have always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, both in the store and in the pharmacy.

Really awesome people that work here, everyone here is very good at what they do and are happy and very nice. Thank everyone here for making this an awesome place to go to.
