Sandwiches today seem to be thick with veggies and chicken, but today at lunch they are out of avocado's, wholefoods is across the street... all ways clean from entrance to tables to the bathroom and they have wooden sticks to separate the orders...brilliant..when picking up at the pick up window...

I go to displace every Thursday with a group of friends... We have fun... Atmosphere is light and cheery the food is always fresh and good... Love their bakery items... In all refills are free... How can you Beat that...

This place is fantastic!!! The absolute greatest Panera service ever. 1st they hand deliver your food. They also make an effort to make friendly conversation including “what’s your favorite cookie”. They were super speedy you would have thought they were a rabbit as your car drives past them. The food is delicious and they give you such hefty slices of bread. I know their not skimping on food here. They even have a dark academia fireplace to keep us warm.

Later Edit ~ My mom stopped by there today and she told them the situation, they gave her a new tuna salad sandwich, on the house.

I hate to write this because the servers seem like nice people, but this one kind put a chip on my shoulder, ordered a tuna salad sandwich, of which I was priced for, got home, opened the bag, took out the sandwich.
Wasn't tuna, seemed to be some sort of chicken and cranberry salad sandwich.

I wouldn't normally be to mad about this sort of thing (even though mixing up meats like chicken and tuna many would take VERY SERIOUSLY due to diets, religious beliefs and allergies by anyone else.)

But i got this sandwich for my mom, not me, so this situation really peeves me off.

I've went twice this week and both cashiers actually were so helpful and friendly. First was a young boy maybe 17 and he was so friendly telling other guests "please be patient while he finished helping me" and I had gift cards so I asked a lot of questions which he answered. So I went back because I felt so welcomed and today the girl was just as helpful.

I love Panera, and this location is amazing and clean! The food is always consistent and fresh, which is highly appreciated! I like to order online for pickup, and they package everything neatly, they've never had my order wrong. Also, the staff is so nice!

There food is always good and I love the frosted cookies. The one delivery driver knows me by name and i get so excited to see him because he will sometimes bring extra treats and is always smiling and friendly. Also, love working here when my house is being cleaned, great environment.

A perfect lunch place on a rainy day, the bread was fresh, the soup was delicious, the sandwich was great and the line moved efficiently. Only complaint could be that they are pricey, BUT quality and freshness come at a cost so it's understandable. Inside is comfortable, if not a bit confusing but you'll figure it out. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Great food and great service. Ample parking a great place to sit and talk. Very friendly people and I can't say how good the food was because it was so good it was indescribably delicious! I haven't been to Panera in a long long time and this visit was worth it! I go out with my son once a month and we try to go to different places and this was great. We'll do this again!

David, an associate trainer, was our cashier and he was absolutely phenomenal!! So attentive and sweet, and especially patient with me since I haven't been to Panera all that often and wasn't familiar with the menu. He took the time to answer my questions and helped me pick something I loved! What an exceptional employee you have here!

Not only is the food always on point, but the staff is very friendly and accommodating. They really go out of their way to make sure you receive the best service possible. I wanted to give an extra shoutout to Onnie (not sure if I spelled her name correctly) who took my order today and the store manager, Matt. The little things matter, and they both took the time to assist me.

I changed my rating because the staff here does go above and beyond to fix mistakes, and although I had a bad experience once, they were super nice to me about my wisdom teeth extraction and they wished me luck, and their customer service was super on point! Thanks so much to the staff here at Panera bread 🍞

Tried this Asian Chicken citrus salad, I don't remember the name. It was DELICIOUS along with their French Onion Soup. I also tried one of their new Mango plant based refreshers 100% recommend!

Going to Panera for breakfast is one of my son's favorite things to do and he loves saying hi to the cashiers when we go through the drive-thru. This morning going through at about eight-thirty we received excellent service from the cashier and she was so sweet to my son she even gave him a treat. It truly made our day! Thank you to that cashier and Panera for having the best employees!

Great fresh salads and sandwiches. Good baked goods and good coffee and cold drinks too . Strawberry lemonade was good.

This is the newest and the best of the Paneras in the New Haven area. The food is well prepared, neatly presented, and ready quickly. The staff is efficient and friendly. The baked goods are attractively displayed. The restaurant is nicely laid out with warm, soft furnishings. Even when it is busy, it is quiet enough to hear the music. It is a place where you want to sit to enjoy your meal. It is very clean. Convenient to shopping on the Boston Post Road, across from Whole Foods.
