We stopped by the milford store and were abruptly turned away and told to come back in 2 days for an appointment, we then remembered wireless zone. we were greeted promptly by Chris and were well taken care of and never felt pressured to buy unnecessary items or to change plans. Chris took the time to answer all our questions and we wound up buying 2 phones and 2 watches. With he transferred all the data and made sure we left with working devices.thanks for your patience Chris!!

This Verizon Wireless store is amazing simply because Xavier works there. I dropped my phone and wasn't able to access any of my contacts or text messages. I had to buy a new phone and was worried that I would lose all of my information. Xavier transferred everything in 2 minutes. He helped me set up my email in 10 seconds. He is extremely knowledgeable. He set up my uber app in 2 seconds. He knows what he is doing. I will always go to this store because Xavier works there. He is extremely professional and very polite. I highly recommend going to this store and I suggest you ask for Xavier because he will fix any issue you have with your phone. The only bad thing about this store is that the chairs are incredibly uncomfortable. However, it is worth standing if you can talk to Xavier.

Ryan is one of the most helpful employees I have ever encountered.
You would be doing yourself a disservice if you do not purchase a phone from him and his colleagues.

Always a great experience. These are the best guys in the business! Anytime I have a problem I’m confident they can fix it. There are stores much closer to me but I swear this store is the best one in the state! Friendly, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. I will never go anywhere else for services!
