This is our second purchase from this store and they never disappoint. The service techs were courteous, fast, and very clean. We will definitely go to Kelly’s first for our appliance needs.

Great customer service. I walked into their Central Point location 15 minutes before closing. Art was extremely helpful. No upsell. Their delivery staff were courteous and they were careful in the removal of the old appliances and installation of the new ones with no damage into a tight space . Highly recommended. Very happy with the whole experience

After having bought at least 10 major appliances in the last 10 years of my life, Porter, Hands-down was the best sales rep that I ever had. His authentic kindness and genuine willingness to help us get what we needed, went further than that of any other that I have worked with in the last. It’s Customer Service like that that will keep me coming back as a customer for years to come. If there was more than 5 stars, I would give it. Appreciate the help again and can’t say thanks enough!

I needed a new dryer so I researched several companies. Rob at Kelly's got back to me promptly, explained my options and delivery timing. I chose a new LG and it was delivered in a few days. I then considered a new matching washer and once again Rob got back to me right away and I decided to get a new one. A week later I had a matching washer and dryer that perform beautifully and look amazing in my little laundry room. Thank you Rob and Kelly's for great communication and terrific service!

We did most of our research online and then purchased a new dishwasher over the phone. The service we received was excellent from start to finish. We had questions in the days leading up to the purchase, as well as a slight problem afterwards, and the employee who worked with us, Rob Marks, was tremendously helpful. We are grateful to him for providing such outstanding customer service. I needed to get my grandson a mattress for his bed. We drove out to Kellys to look around and got their right as they were closing the door. James opened the door for us and invited us in. We found the mattress we wanted in a moment and purchased it right away. We had already been to a couple other stores, but we chose the mattress at Kellys because James was so nice. I’m sure I will go there next time to look for my needs.

I was able to work with Preston at Kelly’s appliance and furniture after a very subpar experience with a fridge purchase and return at Home Depot. It was wonderful to deal with a company that feels local. It was also nice to have 5 people present in the department instead of just one trying to care for 12 customers (Home Depot is a joke in that department). The amount of floor, samples and brands was amazing . Preston printed off a spec sheet for me, I went home and double checked measurements, and was able to call him back and our fridge arrived a couple days later. The delivery personnel were friendly and careful with our property. I would highly recommend Kelly‘s to anyone needing new appliances.

We are very happy we went with Kelly's for our new kitchen appliances. Communication was great. Everyone we spoke with was very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions we had. I ran into an issue, unrelated to the appliance, and one of the salesmen diagnosed the problem over the phone. These guys know their products. Very happy with our new Bosch kitchen.

I would highly recommend Kelly's, we found their selection of dishwashers to more than cover our needs. The sales associate, James, was friendly and knowledgeable. The manager, Noble, was very helpful and fair with us. We are so happy we went there and will definitely go again!

Kelly's Appliances in Central Point, Or was, without a doubt, the finest appliance shopping experience of my life. My wife and I bought a washing machine that turned out to be not quite the best fit for us and when I called and spoke to Nobel, he kindly offered to exchange it for us and even had it installed at no extra cost.

More, because the laundry room is located in a difficult to reach area of our home, the men who brought the washing machine actually used a strap to carry the heavy machine between themselves. No dolly.

That's the way businesses used to work back in the day. It's a nice feeling knowing that there're a few places left that still put their customers first. Thank you Kelly's!

Our new dryer is fantastic! We needed a match to the washer purchased from the same storefront a few years ago; Rob was able to order and facilitate delivery as well as installation. T

Our 18 year old washing machine quit working, mid cycle. We had previously had a repair done but more than one service person told us needed repair would cost more than the machine was worth. After much research, we found a new set at Kelly’s in Medford/Central Point and had to wait less than a week for delivery and install. Sales and delivery were both professional, informative and friendly. Highly recommend Kelly’s.

We were trying to get a new freezer from another store. Three times they postponed at the delivery date. We cancelled the order and went to Kelly's. This was a Friday. We were greeted by Matt and we told him what we wanted. He showed the exact freezer we were looking for and a then checked to verify if it was in stock. Sure enough it was. He said we could have it delivered Monday and reserved a spot on the truck. We received an estimated time as well as a tracking so we had a very accurate time as to when the freezer would arrive. It even arrived earlier than was first mentioned. Yeah! The delivery people placed it exactly where I wanted it. Since I was going to unpack it Kelly's even offered to take back all the packaging. The next day I simply brought the packing back and dropped it off. No fuss. I am sure if and when we need another appliance we will start at Kelly's.
