The salesman Josh was very professional and extremely helpful explaining all of the features of a mattress. Holy cow, had no idea! From measuring my body to trying at least 8 different mattresses. Spent about an hour with us and never pressuring us. The delivery men were equally professional. We have a tight driveway and they damaged nothing. Thank you for a nice experience. My hubby is sometimes skeptical, but he was even impressed. Smooth sailing from beginning to end. Thank you. Scored a 10!

Good experience, took longer than I had anticipated. Trying out so many different mattresses was hard on my back, but I do believe it was worth the effort. The various discounts Josh worked in helped a lot, without the 4 day special sale + discounts, I most likely would have gotten a cheaper mattress. 😀

Josh was very knowledgeable regarding his product. He did the body mapping with us for stress points, had us try different mattresses. He is not pushy which is extremely nice.

We have purchased other furniture from Garrison's and our son has also.

Garrisons employees are very helpful when looking for a bed. Answered all the questions we had. We walked out with two new mattresses and bed frames pirchased. Just what we needed for our children. As soon as I walked in, the sales associate Josh, greeted me, offered me something to drink, and got started helping me with finding the perfect mattress. I'm glad to have chosen Garrisons today for my purchasing.

From the time we entered the door the staff was very friendly. Our tour guide through the different mattresses was Jake. Our time spent was informative and pleasant. The initial testing for the type of mattress was a new experience and turned out to be very helpful. Looking at several manufacturers and various qualities appears to be very beneficial. Jacob was thoughtful and knowledgeable about what he showed to us. Answered questions about quality, benefits and delivery easily. We bought our mattress and are looking forward to a good night’s sleep!

My husband purchased a great bed from Josh. He was so patient with Fred. Fred has dementia and was not easy to deal with all Fred’s questions. I’m sure he will enjoy a bed again. He has insisted on a recliner as his bed the past three years.
