I was lucky enough to come here yes you read that correctly lucky enough! Had a truly 4-5 star meal and the customer service I recieved was beyond great it had to be hands down the best. The cashier I had to ask her name Star deserves a raise y’all she was extremely polite and I didn’t even have to ask for any sauces that’s like a first she had it nailed everything I wanted to ask for but didn’t. Absolute darling and the place was super clean and pretty big compared to others I’ve seen. Thank you so for the lovely dinner and Star for your stellar customer service! She’s a real one :)

The Central Point McDonalds is awesome. They always have prompt service, friendly staff, hot food, and a working ice cream machine. The pictures I shared are of when I went to get just my free 6 piece nuggets because the Trail Blazers scored more than 100 points. You know it was good because I forgot to take pictures until after the food was gone. My only negative experience with this location was when I was delivering food for Door dash and I showed up to pick up the order and they were closed and hour early. Which resulted in a less than desirable experience of dealing with that Don't hesitate to go to this location even if the line looks ridiculous because the line moves fast.

Drive through was swift, the cashier was nice and the food was hot. Will definitely be back.

This was a rare event that we would visit a McDonald's restaurant and enjoy it. But the employees were friendly and exceptionally customer focused. The food was fresh and hot, the soda actually tasted like soda and was not watered down by a ton of ice. The place was clean, and good times seemed to be had by all. We spoke with the manager, complimenting the restaurant, and he offered both of us a free apple pie.

Busy place for sure. We did take out. Food was soot on with more than the average toppings (impressive) which is unlike other locations. Everything we ordered was correct too.

Got my order wrong . But corrected it at no charge. That was very nice. I was willing to pay the correct amount she corrected it and sent me on my way.

My wife & I took our 3 grandkids here for supper the other weeknight. Clean facilities. Helpful staff. Hot food. The kids enjoyed the game screens and modular play unit. We all had fun. Thanks.

This is the highest quality McDonald's food I've ever had. They do it right. The fries were perfect and so was the burger. My order was precisely as I asked for it. They were busy as well. The staff really knows what they're doing and obviously the management is top notch and whoever owns the franchise really cares about that business. Even the parking lot design and the placement of the trash cans had a certain attention to detail.

Food is always hot and fresh service is awesome great attitude and speedy service

Stopped by here on our road trip back home, mobile ordered and got our food in a timely manner. Had everything we ordered, even got ketchup and napkins without having to ask. I got a quarter pounder from here and it tasted a lot juicier and "fresher" than other McDonald's I've ordered from. Either I got lucky or this McDonald's doesn't just throw their patties into the microwave.

Great customer service every time that I've been. The inside has always been clean, with a fun play area for kids. Food is always fresh.

I absolutely love this McDonald’s! They are fast, friendly and always have a smile on their face. The food is always on point! Thank you to Erica the manager. She knows how to run a tight ship.

Great play area for kids! They have game tables and stand up computer games. They also have a nice jungle gym to climb and play on.

Marcus was soooooo helpful and fast. He was friendly and made me and the fanily feel welcomed. I will definitely be going back when we pass through that area again!

Stopped here for lunch. Staff were super friendly (was it my smile?) and very efficient. Normally I'm not a big fan of those fastfood chaines, but at this McDonald I would stop again.
Plenty of parking spots, drive through as usual and clean toilets!

Mc Donald's is always a good go to when we need a quick bite to eat, especially foe the kids. Food is normally good but this Mc Donald's is really busy sometimes so the line can be long, they do have 2 order drives through lines so people move pretty quick.
