I come here quite often and I must say I got the best service of all today. During my checkout I had some issues with my reward number and Kelly was super patient with me until I got it taken care of. Out of everyone I’ve met at any Walgreens she was by far the most polite and professional! Keep up the good work Kelly, see you next time!

The staff have to deal with the Niles idiots, drug addicts and the usual crazies. They deserve awards for bravery.

I had absolutely no problems with the pharmacy. I had an issue with my insurance and switching pharmacies, which involved too many phone calls from Walgreens to the insurance and back and forth with my doctor. The staff was more than helpful. I'm happy to be using them as my home pharmacy.

My experience at this store deserves a five star rating simply because of Julie in pharmacy, she was patient during a perplexing transaction, and when I didn't have all the answers to her questions she was understanding and was not condescending, spot on customer service , kudos to Julie in the Pharmacy department at store #3364 Niles Michigan. . . .

Pharmacy staff Kendra went above and beyond to help me and make sure my daughter got her meds!!!! She was very polite!!!
