I just had the best customer service at the Springbrooke/McAndrews location. Tom (inside the store) went out of his way to give me excellent customer service. I missed getting the male gas attendant name. I think it was Nate. He was very polite and helpful. Both employees asked me if I had my rewards card (Thank you)! The store was clean as well as the lot. Great customer experience. I highly recommend this location!Thank you Tom and Nate.

I live nearby and have not noticed any rise in racing or random people walking through the neighborhood like many of my neighbors assumed. The employees are friendly and it is never too busy.. plus they have hot food!! Definitely worth checking out.

Great place to get gas or a quick snack, all the boycotters are laughable in their attempts, this store is very convenient.

Just a normal convenience store but has fresh meat products that just fill the store with deliciousness

Clean store, friendly service. Was Christmas Day, so no super-fresh chicken, but there was some bagged from earlier in the morning. It heated up nicely and was good sized, meaty pieces.

Rather expensive compared to Towne Pump just up the road. Went in to buy a gallon of milk and all the milk expired the next day. Place is a joke…all about the money not proving service or quality.

Employees are incredibly rude and short tempered. Watched on harass the woman working at Dutch Bros in the same lot while there.

That food was bad, The fries had literally no flavor and I got the snack pak and it was supposed to be 6 dollars but for some reason the cashier said 7 dollars and I didn't even get anything extra, that service wasn't goo, You could also tell he's unexperienced it's fine and all but he messes up way to much I didn't even get my money back.

Hands down worse gas tenants. They all stand at the counter talk instead of help customers.

This merchant is requiring customers to provide their ID to be scanned presumably into a database when purchasing any type of alcoholic product. They state that it is due to an Oregon state law however they are unable to give any information regarding that law such as the name title or date of effect. Additionally if you complain about this they accuse you of being intoxicated and refused to sell you anything. There is no such law and there are no other vendors besides that company Chevron Pinnacle circle k etc that has put this policy in place. I would understand if they said it was company policy, but that is not the case they insist that it's Oregon state law. This location has been subject of controversy in the past and they have proven the concerns through their counter people's aggressive behaviors. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. Go just up the street to the 7-Eleven where they treats are customers much better.

We stop there regularly after church. Very disappointed with employees. They are outside smoking and when they come in to wait on you they do not wash their hands before serve you. We have left there more times with nothing then with chicken. They can’t even sale an eight piece chicken because they don’t have any to sale. Maybe if they were inside cooking instead of outside smoking your sales would be better.

Worst gas attendants ever.

So I hate to be crass, but I think that this cashier uses her fat and ugliness as a reason to be rude to customers

If you want explosive diarrhea eat at their deli.
