I got my croc slip resistant shoes plus I got a crazy deal $10 off my purchase.

I hadn't been there in years and I wasn't disappointed. I have a short wide foot. It's hard to find fashionable shoes. I found three pairs: unfortunately money only allowed me to buy two. Looking forward to going again 😃

My daughter was able to find the cool red, high top, Converse shoes that she was looking for. We had already been to two other shoe stores and had no luck finding these specific shoes. Thank goodness we went to Shoe Carnival! The selection was great, the staff were very helpful, and, most importantly, my daughter was thrilled to have her new shoes. When we left, she was bouncing because she was so excited to have her shoes.

Have loved this place since childhood. It's a whole experience, especially if u have an account with them. They have a wheel of fortune and u spin to win either discounts and/ or free merchandise. Everything is name brand and affordable especially if you couple a coupon from the mail which u can pretty much guarantee to get at least 9nce a month so keep ur eyes peeled for those savings! Never had an issue with this company..they hire nice people..Don't ever change SHOE CARNAVAL!!!!

I was impressed with the customer service at the store. It was clean, well organized and shoe care products. I was able to find my Converse in a snap.

Had a good size selection for kids back to school shoes.

Amazing staff. Computers were glitching but, not their fault. Some people are just rude and not happy if they have nothing to complain about.
They made the experience great. Will be back.

While it's kind of a hit and miss situation on shoe variety , the staff is always friendly. There may be times you go and they won't have your size, or may not have what you're looking for so just check back and usually they'll have whatever you're looking for. Always check the shoes you're buying because I've noticed some that will be scuffed or scratched up, and the bottoms will be dirtier than usual . Just take the time to check the condition of the shoes closely.

The best thing about this store is its clean and tidy. The cashiers and clerk didn't know which waterproofing spray was best for leather, after reading labels I chose 1 without acetone!

Very friendly staff and great deals! We just about always go there when we get ready to buy new shoes. My husband and I usually get a pair at the same time and they have an excellent selection to choose from.

I went to shoe carnival today freaking out because it was the day before Valentine's day and it was very late!!!! The staff were extremely nice and so helpful!!! I was not rushed and even encouraged to keep looking so i could take advantage of the buy one get one 1/2off deal!!! I will definitely return to this location!!

I went for an exchange was expecting problems because I lost my receipt.
I was pleasantly surprised they scanned them pulled up my receipt and I was out.
Great customer service I would recommend my family and friends definitely.

Had to find.someone to help me and the store wasn't busy at all. It was only 2 customers shopping.

Dykota was so helpful and was able to find me the perfect shoes for my grandma’s retirement party and even found me a great alternative when the ones I’d initially liked didn’t come in my size. Love this store!!

They always have sales 💯 my daughter calls it the 🗣croc store, because they have variety of them but also many other brands💕
