Tessa is so amazing. Every time I stop by she has my bottle ice cold. She's always in a great mood and makes sure I have everything I need 🥰🥰🥰

I stopped by the store tonight to get a few items. Tessa was at work at that particular time. She was very kind and patient. What I thought would be a quick stopped turned into about a 10 minute stop. Not once did she get in a hurry or try to rush the service that she was providing. She was very pleasant and understanding. I stop by often, and she's always just as pleasant as can be. I'm very satisfied and pleased with the customer service that she provided.

Tessa is a Gem of a person and not only gives you your order as you expect, but also enjoys talking to you about your day. Great place, and great convenience. It's called Up N Smoke because its a signal to come here.

Had a request for multiple cartons of a not very popular brand of cigarettes. Although there were only a few individual packs at the store, the owner went out of his way to check his sources and find 4 cartons for me. Took my number and called when he had them. He went way above and beyond for a new customer. I was more than grateful for the extra effort and will now shop their exclusively!!

I stopped in at up in smoke a few days ago &I asked what flavor switchs they had &TESA was so nice she grabbed every flavor they had & showed me. It took me a few minutes to decide on a flavor &she was so patient with me. She is the best employee that they have! Thanks for going above and beyond for your customers.

I go here often and almost every time I go, it’s the same person always working. Tesa never fails to greet us with a big smile and I’ve never gone to a place where someone is happy to take that extra time and effort to make sure you’re making a purchase you won’t regret. Always good to see her and always happy with our experience there! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quick, helpful, friendly environment!

Worked At Up In Smoke For A Couple Of Years, Great Prices On Everything There in the Store Drive Thru Always Gets Ya In And Out Employees treat ya like Family. Also If Your A regular customer you just pull up to the window an they remember Your usual And again get ya In and out Quick. From time to time I Even Reflect Back And Being An Employee at Up In Smoke was Actually Even though my actions didn't speak and My work ethics well always put my all there, I just had A problem being Late, And you can't Do That Just saying ☺, which I am very apologetic about, it was a great learning experience as well And Met Some Good Friends While Being There, if you find yourself out and about by there Stop In You'll see what I'm Talking about, Want To Thank Mark for having me the time I was There, as well, and Hi to all there..

The employee at the drive thru window was extremely helpful and kind. I was having a horrible day and she made me feel so much better. I asked her name & I think she said it was Tessa I think she should be recognized for her personality in the store!

I go often. Anytime I need a new vape or even just something to drink when I don't have the energy to go in the store after a long day of work. The owner is nice and there is also a very friendly cashier that works there named Tesa. She is patient and helps me whether it's finding the cheapest item or the newest vape.
