CVS

I needed extra assistance during my two visits a couple of weeks ago. Heidi could not have been more kind and thorough. I had some difficulty with a couple of prescriptions that needed to be filled and there was a problem with both of them. They were time sensitive medications and the issues were outside of CVS fault. She did exactly what she said and in a very timely fashion, I was on my way. Thank you Heidi! (I wanted to send a review directly to CVS but they make that impossible.).

I see many bad reviews on the internet, but regardless of those comments, I have totally different experience with the pharmacy. I have been using this CVS for years now and I have always found the fast and the competent service. Yesterday I called 1 hour before closing and talked to the pharmacist to fill my child's prescription. She got it ready in less than 4 minutes and I was able to pick up the medicine with in 15 minutes. Being a pharmacist myself, I know the hurdles we face in the healthcare system but I have always found the pharmacy staff to be helpful. Let's appreciate the efforts of the staff rather than being mean and rude to them all the time (which happens a lot in this industry).

I love this CVS! Everyone is always friendly and happy to help with any issues. This location has definitely gotten busier and sometimes there is a wait, however they have been short staffed which makes it difficult to get to everyone in a timely manner. Times are tough, but that does not reflect in the quality customer care that I always experience. Thank you!

Excellent customer service and great value of goods!

Adam at the pharmacy stood out as a great employee to me, due to his safe information security practices and willingness to help, despite the pharmacy being understaffed it looks like. Might just be because it’s before Christmas.

This review is for Angel working the Covid rapid testing line on March 28th at 3 PM. She was so wonderful to my little girl getting tested. She was Fast, empathetic, professional, actually ran the test properly and just so so kind. I hope this lady knows how appreciated she truly is.

Even during a very busy time about 7, the pharmacist offered to use a coupon to reduce the cost of one expensive medication. He was friendly and professional despite the rush. I've been using thighd pharmacy for over ten years, and the good care is remarkable.

If a doctor gives me a prescription for something that needs to be bought over-the-counter nine times out of 10 I can go to the store this store and get it the employees were very polite they came around the counter and help me find the product no problem now I'm pretty sure I could have found the product cheaper at Walmart or anywhere else Walgreens is not the cheapest place in the world to go but they did have it I had $3 off from reward cards so I went ahead and bought it there but nine times out of 10 Walgreens has what you need but that's just my opinion they also have many more products than Walmart and the other stores do they have better selections they have things that other stores don't have or don't carry plus they're easy to get around in and it just makes it convenient and nice and you don't have to go a whole bunch of other places and deal with people that don't care what do you get what you need or not

Chloe went above and beyond with helping me yesterday with the purchase of my photo panel. She was so sweet! I really appreciate you!

Always a great experience at this location. Employees offer their help at every instance and work hard to give you the experience you expect and even beyond that. I will continue to shop at this location because of how amazing their employees are.

Very clean store. Nice cashier's. The pharmacy was nice and had the most professional employees.

Never really a line for meds.
