Under new Management. Since new management took over this place is great. They take care of you with ease and are very friendly, helpful and always have a solution. They are quick and efficient. There is plenty of parking available. I trust this location to ship anything and everything. They also have notary and mailboxes for rent and prices are good. This is by far the best location in the area.

Alice has helped me out several times now. Always pleasant, practical, and efficient even with items "out of the norm". I appreciate a pleasant, competent, and attentive person when I need to conduct a little business.

The new ownership has really helped this store improve. I exclusively use this store for my mailing and printing needs because the staff is thorough, reliable, and friendly.

Convenience of dropping both ups and usps packages is awesome. Owners and employees are also very friendly. Working hours on Saturday is a plus as well. Highly recommended!

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and made my shipping experience easy.

I went into drop off a package but i forgot to print my label. Luckily these guys offered print service for me to print my label so i didn’t have to drive all the way back home. Staff was super friendly as well

I know everyone complains about being charged for things. But that’s everywhere. I’ve seen a lot of the people while in the store that don’t read directions and then get upset the ups store charges to complete the shipment (ie taping the box or some don’t even have a box to begin with). I enjoy coming here because they work hard to make sure the line is quick moving and parking is plenty unlike other locations.

I primarily use this location for package drop offs and it is my go to location. Parking is plentiful, area feels safe, workers are generally attentive and courteous. I see that most of the lowest reviews are due to packaging and shipping costs, but that’s true regardless of where you go these days. I have no reason not to give them great marks for the services I have received so far.

Beyond amazing experience visiting this UPS. It's under new ownership and you can immediately tell they have significantly leveled up. As a small business owner, I mail out A LOT of items on a weekly basis. Before I used to dread coming here, now I walk in and they address me by my name. Fantastic customer service. Amandip and Deepi continue to impress me with their unmatched customer service.

Quick convenient passport photos and they let you see the photo for approval or retake so you’re not stuck with a horrible expression on your passport for the next decade. Cost is $19.99 plus tax.

Great customer service and so helpful. I see a lot of people complain about the prices of things but services cost money. They are so sweet and work very efficiently! Highly recommend coming here for any services. They also notary and passport photos!

I’ve been coming here for a couple years now. And this place recently changed ownership. You can tell the service is a lot better. I had the pleasure of working with Navdeep and Amandip regarding a pretty fragile item to be shipped out last minute. And they made it a breeze. They take Amazon returns and now they are even open on sundays!

I've had a mailbox at this store for a few years. The people working here are always very diligent and have definitely gone above and beyond to help me to my car with large packages, finding lost packages, etc. I've also mailed many things here and have been satisfied with the results. I also see these essential workers doing their best and multi-tasking to service clients during busy times.

I have to say I find some of the other more negative reviews problematic...many of the things people complain about are out of the employee's control. The people working here are hard workers who are doing their best to provide a much-needed service, especially now! Also I'm really not sure why it is necessary for so many people complaining to mention the ethnicity of the people behind the counter????

I had a package to drop off that was already sealed and labeled. Went off without a hitch and no wait.

All the people with taping issues... Isn't this a little bit like going out in public with your belt undone and expecting your waiter to close it for you? Sure.... The tape would be a nice courtesy, but I don't think it should be an expectation.
