This review is not for the location but for one of the staff members. I often frequent this location to grab some energy drinks working from home. There is a wonderful woman name Rosland who is always smiling and helps me every time. Her excellent customer service and friendly demeanor are the reason I give this location my business. If this location could find more great employees like her, they would excel. In the past I have had awful experiences which made me not want to give this location my business. However, Rosland gave me hope for this location.

The employees here have a knack for making me smile :) Alexis is wonderfully chill and easygoing, will definitely be returning!

PUMPS are to SLOW .... THERS NEVER A PAPER RECEIVE ON THE PUMPS....

I went into this gas station, gas tank on “E” around 2pm today and was turned away by the rudest cashiers ever! All three cashiers told me they couldn’t take my money to get gas because they were in the middle of a shift change. What’s really going on Chevron? I thought you were in the business of making money not refusing it. Your employees should never turn customers away. I recently downloaded the Chevron app and was so excited to use my 1st discount of $1.00 off per gallon, not to mention my gas tank was on low. I’m not sure who’s managing this location but on a Friday in mid day, you should have more than one cash register at a time. Y’all made me go to Exxon to get my gas. DO BETTER CHEVRON AND TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS BETTER!!!

I have never experienced any kind of service like the one experience at this place today. I came in for a pack of cigarettes they were not ringing up so the cashier punched in some numbers and tried to charge me $13 for a pack of cigarettes. I tried to explain to him that $13 for a pack of Marlborough cigarettes when they have a 50 cent discount does not equal not even $12. He told me he was gonna be nice to me so he gave me a discount punched in some numbers and charged me still $11.74 for the cigarettes. He then proceeded to tell me that I was wrong in front of other customers and told me that if I wanted them great if I didn't then I needed to leave.

This place is the worse one ever.
Pumping $80 of gas shouldn't take you literally 20 to 25 minutes because the pumps are so slow.
I usually never post anything but this time I had to because is the 2nd time already.
First time was last month and I thought thwt they fix it but obviously no.
I talked to the person was there and she mentioned that she'll tell the manager, no she didn't why? Because I just stop by to pump gas 3rd time and same thing.

Byeeeeee last time I put gas ⛽ at this place.

Young African Americans girl decides to chastise me about keeping the bathroom clean because she cleans it. No greetings just mean nasty attitude. As if that wasn't enough she seeks a man on me I guess to hurt me. It happened on 8-1-2021 at about 8am. Once employees begin to try and hurt customers..well needless to say I contacted corporate office and I hope she gets terminated. She was disrespectful mean and all around nasty. Do Not Go To This Gas Station. You may be hurt by the employees

Young female worker not wearing a mask, and did not put one on when she saw I was shocked. I put all my stuff back and left. Why do you have signs on your building saying customers MUST wear masks, and yet your staff cannot even follow that simple rule? There were several people entering the store, they all had masks. It's not that complicated. Just idiotic.

Cheatin on this pump..Guys never go this pump ,if you pay 50$ gas only 25$ gas going on your tank...last night happened with me..this gas station is cheater...cheating on this gas station.dont waste your money pls..trust me

I give your location a zero. I just left there. The 2 young lady's we re rude. They act like I was bothering them. They we re nasty. All because they we re on they re cell phones. Then one had on a jacket you could not see her name tag. Even the vendor putting in chips was shocked. They do not need to be in customer service. Every question I asked was I don t know with nasty behind it. I will not be returning and I will be letting all my friends know. And posting on fb. This was unacceptable.

tire air station takes quarters and starts. This is illegal in the state of California, and no sign indicating customer should go into store to ask them to start the compressor. Also compressor air rate is extremely slow. Urggg

Do not go to this gas station. The lady attending tried to charge me 35 dollars for a six pack. The end.
