They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the purchase. They even walked us through dealing with the carrier to set the phone up. We will definitely be going back when we have other phone needs.

I am unsure why the other review was so negative, as I recieved excellent service from this store. I had a broken phone and was not eligible for an upgrade but they offered me an exception upgrade so I would have a working phone that same day, I use my phone for my business so it was important not to have any down time. The associate who helped me went out of his way to make sure I understood how to use my new phone. I also came back in the next week because I wanted to check my email with my phone and the staff set my email up for me on my phone and were once again very friendly. I will always go back to NorCal AT&T rather than going to a big box store such as Walmart or Radio Shack, they are much more knowledgeable and I am happy to do business with a local dealer rather than line the pockets of big corporations.

i think they do not know what there talking about. i am talking to them because my sister was traded her 8gb micro SD card for her new Sony Ericsson R800at for a 2gb Micro SD card because they told her that was the only way to get her pictures off her old phone. and the 8gb would not work. because of there ignorance. they told us it was to long to get the card. the person i talked to told me 1) they do not sell phones that take SD cards. 2) that phone does not come with the SD card. 3) it was to long ago to get the SD card 4) they would not believe my sister. i am not telling you that everyone in the store are like this. some workers there... might know what they are talking about, but i am telling that i would not believe what there telling you, and i want everyone else to do research on the phone before you go through them!!!
