AT&T Store

Haley was so amazing and helpful and provided such great service. We’ve been AT&T customers for years and have never received this level of care and kindness in an interaction. Thank you so much for your knowledge and help with our phone issues while we were out of town on a holiday weekend! ☺

Although I had to wait a bit, the young man (Steven and his trusted trainee Jodi) took very good care of me and in a very professional and courteous manner. Steven was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. 🙂

We were having trouble transferring the data and apps from one phone to another. The salesperson helped us and did it all. What a nice guy. All was free!

The staff at this store went above and beyond to help me resolve a problem with a new line that I opened at a different location. Customer service was not as helpful as I had hoped so I went into this location for some direct help. They worked with me over several days to resolve my issue and were so friendly.

Visited this AT&T store today after my dad’s phone broke. Tray was extremely helpful and informed us about the good deals they had going on. We went in for one new phone and left with three new phones and a pair of AirPods! He was great!

Felipe is an amazing representative. I recommend this store to anyone who has no idea what they are doing with all these latest technology coming out!!

Tray took time to help me with a problem and was very nice about it. I had been in there 4 times and Tray and Vergil both tried to get my issue taken care of. Today Tray got ahold of the person that he needed to talk to, he told me to sit and he would handle it. I was so upset that I even stated crying, he asked if I was ok. Very nice young man. I hope they both stay working here. Thank you again.

Haley was the most amazing associate. She took her time and made sure we had the best plan for the best price possible. We have multiple lines and we had been paying a lot of extra money for them that we didn’t need to be paying! Thank you Haley, for your superior customer service.

Needed a case for the Pixel 7 Pro and Tray was really helpful and very efficient (which was greatly appreciated since I'm on a lunch break) in getting me a case. Even though I'm not with ATT Tray provided 5/5 customer service and I'll consider ATT in the future thanks to this positive experience with this employee. Thanks Tray!

Felipe has a talent most people lack. He can relate to pretty much every customer that walked in through that door. AT&T knows what there doing with this guy! 👏

I had a very pleasant experience today while upgrading my IPhone. The staff was very friendly, professional and a joy to work with. I was made to feel extremely comfortable there and was told any time I have any questions or if I need help with anything to come back in and they will gladly assist me. You should be happy to know your store is in wonderful hands with the staff that is there. As always it’s a pleasure dealing with AT&T.

This is the BEST AT&T store I’ve ever set foot in! Felipe greeted us with a smile and helped me and my family with all of our crazy phone problems.

I heard of this store from my neighbor. He had nothing but great things to say about the young man Felipe. I told him he needs to come work for me! Haha

Keisha, from the W Main St store was amazing! She was very professional and customer service-oriented. Not only did she expedite our visit, she was very personable while doing so. It was a pleasant experience and she should be commended!

Virgil was very pleasant to work with he greeted us promptly and he was very knowledgeable and quick to help us find solutions to all of our problems.

Virgil was so helpful and polite to us today! He took the time to explain things to us! We really appreciate him!
