Went in looking for a gift. I was welcomed with a real smile & a hello. Breafly explained what I was thinking about. She took me to the case, explained options. This is why I don't shop on line moor. Great job he loved it.

This place has the best selection! There's literally something for everyone, no matter your gender or your age (18+ of course). The staff are all friendly and ready to assist you with a smile and a great attitude as soon as you walk thru the door. They helped me find a great gift for someone's birthday and it was perfect! Two thumbs up for the staff and the Wasabi smoke shop! 👍👍

Rolling civs are are lot cheaper then cigs and I like the the store itz pretty neat and very nice ppl.

It's proof in itself that this business has stuck around & survived for over 20 years now because they have earned it! They've got the best prices in town. Super helpful with accurate information. Nice, friendly staff. The shop is clean. It is my hometown smoke shop, my go to spot when I need anything for smoking, vaping, etc. Thanks guys, you're killing it!

I went in last week to get vape supplies for my oldest daughter. The woman there was very knowledgeable and helpful. She even took her time to put it all together for her. Prices are great and a nice clean place.

Wow! I can't say enough great things about Amber and RJ. These guys are always amazing, sweet, and so knowledgeable about everything in the store. They go above and beyond! I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

Excellent customer service, Ryan & Amber in floral city was very helpful from the minute I walked in the shop, this was my first experience with rolling my own cigs. I had a exchange of tobacco, called the shop, spoke with Amber she was awesome. THANKS to Ida too!! Will return AGAIN!!!

My uncle purchased a stündenglass gravity pipe from Wasabi. We literally had four peopleh enjoying it yesterday. As soon as we got it!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐The customer service there was phenomenal! So attentive to your need as soon as you walk in. The mail manager helped out more than he knows! The lady manager Issa freakin genius! lol She helped me multiple times. She demonstrated in a legal way how to use it. She taught us how to take it apart and rebuilt it for us and everything. Thanks y’all!!
