Publix Super Market Plaza Inverness

I ordered my party platters and bakery goods for our Christmas party and was very impressed with the quality and presentation of the trays! Everything was so fresh and delicious! I ordered the sub sandwich platter along with a fruit platter which was superb and a veggie tray! The decadent platter from the bakery was fresh & deliciously. It was my first experience with Publix catering and I highly recommend them! I’d use them again for sure.

Kayla in the deli did a great job with making my sub. She went extra steps to ensure my allergy foods were avoided and there was no CC! It was very appreciated and I was at ease knowing that she was cautious and cared

The store was clean and well stocked. I stopped in to get a couple things for dinner and the following day. Always a pleasant experience with reasonable prices. Great BOGO deals weekly.

Neat little place. Clear water, very cool temperatures. Beach, playground and a little shower to rinse off.
Saw lots of kayaks and paddle boarders. A popular spot for boats to dock and chill. Water was shallow. Couldn't swim because they said the bacteria was high.
Would definitely love to go back.

We've now lived in Inverness about 2.5 weeks and Publix is my g-to grocery store. The staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I love how fresh the produce is and the great choices.

I don't visit this location often, but I was so impressed with tht Deli department during my short visit today!!
I first called in to assure they had a large empty party platter in stock. Pam on the phone confirmed they did and I told her I'd be there shortly! When I arrived they had the tray ready and priced, yet the lid wasn't the best fit. So the manner Danny took his time to assure I had the right fitting one. While he was doing so, I noticed some new items within their meat case and Carlos offered a sample!! The customer connection began on the phone, and the service was followed through and through!

It's Publix! Most polite and professional customer service available in any local grocery. Neat story... while I was in line, a lady in front of me didn't receive a discount on a tub frozen yogurt, as the discount was for ice cream instead. She hadn't noticed. The cashier asked for the item independently to confirm the issue. Both he and the bagger offered to go get the proper item for her, but she didn't want to be a bother and kept refusing. A nearby manager overheard the conversation and immediately came over and comped the frozen yogurt for her! I would bet any amount of money that no one would have received that level of service at another store!

So I moved to Florida from NY and was impressed with Publix's. The store is clean, employees helpful, they bag your groceries and even ask if you need help taking them to your car. I almost fell fell over when they offered to walk me out with an umbrella when it was raining.Ive never had that experience in NY and I lived there for 54 years.

We have always liked the Publix atmosphere. A clean store, friendly helpful employees and fair prices.

Every employee is very kind & very professional also the other shoppers. I left my wallet in the car the gentleman behind me offered to pay for my groceries. What a beautiful feeling. Great store the Judge

Nice clean store with good selection, like most any other Publix! Lots of parking and right next door to the Winn Dixie.

For the pharmacy. A BIG "thank you" to LaShondra and Dana with the pharmacy. Wife & I both received our vaccines. They both were wonderful! We had been scheduled at seperate pharmacy locations due to supply & availability. They worked together to get the wife & I vaccinated together. Can't say enough how much we appreciate the fantastic care from LaShondra and Dana. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

This Publix is clean and well stocked. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is also a stand alone liquor store.

Packed full right before the Holidays, however staff was extremely helpful and kind, no matter how busy they were.

Favorite place to quickly get my ice cream fix! Publix Premium has the best flavors. Fast checkout, friendly staff, always seem to have a stocked up store that’s organized and clean.
