I recommend you to switch to cricket mobile and they are also very reasonable on there monthly payment with no contract witch Is even better!

Excellent customer service. The manager was a pure delight. My phone would not charge with my 3 chargers. She put in the battery from her own phone and checked the charging. She recommended a turbo charger which I purchased. I could not ask for better service and help. I would recommend this Cricket location to anyone looking for a smiling face who knows what she is selling.

Absolutely fantastic! I switched my service from my previous carrier and thus far, couldn't be happier. Both Anna and Justina provided customer service that went above and beyond the call of duty. They were both courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about products, services and plans. They took the time to explain everything to me in detail and made me feel like they really cared about me becoming a Cricket Wireless customer. Because of these two ladies and because of the improved service, I have no choice but to give Cricket Wireless a 5 star rating across the board.

Went in to Pay my regular bill, walked out with a new phone and a smile on my face. Anny and Chastity were great and extremely helpful, great customer service. I'm driving an extra 20 minutes to this store but I'll tell ya its worth it.

My husband bought me a very, very nice phone yesterday. I knew what size I wanted! The saleslady was so GREAT and informative. Patient and helpful! I opted for a bigger size than I thought I'd like, same price...she suggested the bigger phone. I love this new cell phone! Chastity or (sp) Chassidy was her name. Thank you again! I was in last week to keep my phone number. I told Anny and Cassidy (I hope that's correct) that I would need a lot of help. That's exactly what they did. While dealing with a very difficult person on the account,they made sure I kept my number and up graded my phone .They were in a mission that day. Fantastic job ladies!!

This store is awesome. Came across the store during one of their events. The manager made it possible for me to get a new phone in my budget. The phone I had before Cricket was running out of storage and I paid $400!! The Cricket service is great and now the kids can play without using all my data. Not only that but I'm not paying an outrageous bill. Thank you Inverness Cricket!!

I have never had a problem that this store could not fix. I love this location. They employees are the best and always helpful and there is never a long wait time. I love the fact that they will explain everything and will not do anything or make any changes to your phone with out informing you first.

I will do 5 stars for service, but I have to say I am very disappointed in DANIEL BLUST who was very money hungry from my fiancé and I. We told him we wanted the 2 lines unlimited everything for $80 and he lied to me and told me that plan wasn't available when indeed it was. It was even on the chalk board. Besides that I just wanted to switch because we had tmoblie and it wasn't working in Inverness and was tired of paying $150 a month. He told me there's a plan for $100 with unlimited everything, but after 3 days of having it my data said it was done because in reality I only had 8GB same with my fiancé I was so pissed because Daniel made me pay $168 to sign up for a plan that I didn't even want when I spefically told him I need UNLIMITED DATA and he gives me 8GB. Money hungry like I said, also got annoyed when I told him we didn't need new phones. So my fiancé went in yesterday to fix our plan because we need data like I said luckily bryce our favorite was there to fix our issue and he told me the $80 a month plan was still there and was confused on why Daniel lied to me. I am very upset with Daniel and think this was so rude to do. Never am I purchasing anything from Daniel because I don't trust him. And also Daniel got all upset when I didn't want to do auto pay which pissed me off because it's my choice if I want it or not! Just disappointed wish I would have gotten my service from Bryce in the first place I feel horrible that this is counting for Daniel. But other than this mess I love cricket service works perfect EVERYWHERE & I love my monthly bill of $80 a month so much better than paying $150 or more with tmoblie. Thank you Bryce again for being an amazing sales man and handling our situation as best as you could we are definitely happy with you and what you did for us! If you need a new phone or switch definitely go in when bryce is working!!!
