Best burritos I have tried period. I ordered the only meat chicken burrito and it was huge. The pollo was very tender and not dry with an amazing tortilla. The staff was so friendly I had to leave a review so others could try this magical place.

I absolutely love Veras!
It's the first place I wanna go when getting any last minute groceries. The meat counter literally has every cut of meat known to man. Lol
They always seem to have everything I need with fresh quality supplies. Even if I move out of this neighborhood I will always make a special stop to grab something delicious from their taco truck. Which I'm especially fond of their asada fries *chefs kiss*

Kiss maybe my wife and I favorite place to visit. It is a local market that everyone in the vicinity visit. Everything you need for daily meals is here. Everyone here is very helpful. The ceviche is amazing. They also have many different things at the deli that are great to try. The guy that the deli will help you and guide you in the right direction if you have any questions no matter if you are from the neighborhood or not. I love this place and I will always go here.

Best meat I've ever had for asada has been from here! It's a small local Market but has a lot of Mexican products and the Pan Dulce is very good. The Taco truck outside of the store is really good!

We always go for the tacos because they are the best in the LBC😋🌮 but today I bought the carne asada from inside the store meat counter. Folks, it was the bomb! Packed with flavor and juicy! The butchers were in a good mood because they were singing away and I was greeted with a smile. Great customer service and attitude. I will definitely make this my new spot for all my bbq meat purchases. No more trips to that other meat establishment in Carson😉. Veras won me over 👍👏🥩🌮🍻

Love their green salsa!! I seriously come here at least 3x a month. Not a fan of their Al Pastor (too sweet for me) but if you like it like that then this is your place. Their carne asada is bomb though.

Excellent carne asada and costillas. The best in town. Not even La Venadita a few minutes away beats this meat. It does not look very inviting and the parking lot is a little weird but don’t let that fool you. The meat is excellent.

Little grocery store with meat market. Very clean and all staff friendly and helpful. They also own Vera’s Taco truck outside near parking lot. Well served Tacos start at $1.25 and other Mexican food options available like asada fries and potato tacos are delicious.

Vera's market always has the best ranchera meat you can get in long beach. Hands down a great market with friendly workers and even their very own taco truck outside.
