Went in on an evening. Staff immediately asked what we were looking for. Spent a good 10 minutes trying to find what exactly we needed. Even though the store didn't have it, it was a good experience with the lads doing their best to help us.

Good selection, well stocked supplies and reasonable prices. The best part is service. Staff friendly and helpful as well as knowledge. Highly recommend.

They always have amazing deals on cleaning supplies, great sales on tools, and the spray paint choices are by far the largest I've seen in Sunnyvale.

Great small hardware store. The rep was able to point me right to what I was looking for, and you can get a fresh pie to bake when you get home! You won’t get that at your big box store!

I started a project this summer buying from others online, planning to go here for anything I forgot. Here I found much better quality and value, at good prices, plus great help. I usually get what I want right away; though some stuff sells out, they restock every Friday. This Ace is my new favorite hardware store!

This Ace Hardware location opened a year ago. I usually go to this Ace Hardware, and it has everything we need! The plants are worth it.

Parking: This Ace Hardware has a parking lot with some other buildings like Panda Express.

Customer Service: The staff are very friendly and are happy to help! I did not know where the plant holders were so Jake gladly led me to them.

Best Part: The staff are friendly and helpful and everything we need are there.

Helpful. If you want advice, to avoid a stupid purchase that wastes your time and ends up costing more because of mistakes, go here to Ace. I bought an impact drill here and very happy with it! Avoids buying a whole new fence just because of one wonky pole.

Chase has helped us many times and have sold us high quality products. If they don’t have an item at the store they have special ordered the exact item we have needed to repair our products such as our bathroom motor and fan.

This hardware store opened about a year ago. It's stocked with a vast array of items and supplies, similar to other Ace Hardware stores. The employees were are very pleasant and quick to provide assistance. I like this hardware store and will be back.

A very clean and attractive hardware store. I was warmly greeted by staff and helped to find what I needed. The store also features a nice garden section with eye pleasing displays of succulents and other plants arrangements.

Love this store, they have a wide selection of items from cleaning to hardware, bbq pits, decor, gardening items and snacks! So much easier than the box stores with the long lines, lousy parking and absentee staff. The staff at this store are friendly and the manager is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and all with a smile, it's my go-to store now.

See James! This guy seriously walked with me to personally show me where everything I needed was! We talked and discussed ideas and better ways to do what I was trying to Accomplish. Seriously, it was Mayberry, and Awesome James played a better role than Ope! If you are in SUNNYVALE, forget the big box stores!! In and out with James!! Thanks, Brother!
