Harbor Freight Tools

The staff is super helpful and nice and need a raise!
I recently went to purchase a US general series 3 72" toolbox but the displayed one is locked with no key available and the staff was very helpful trying to help me.
Called other stores and also locked. The Icon toolbox isn't though 🤔
Since I couldn't open it and see inside what I was about to spend $1500+ (current deal) on I changed my mind and went home.
Later that day I and went back and bought the 73" Icon for a great deal so it worked out 😁
Yes, a 1800 toolbox is not going to be as nice a 3k toolbox but we still need to see inside to test drive it. It doesn't help when it has "look inside" stickers on the drawers either.

My second home. Harbor freight is stepping their game up. I just hope they keep their prices low, not like inflated, ripoff lowes and homedepot.

I was able to find the item I needed. And was a reasonable price.

Finally, I got my hands on the badlands off-road floor jack... awesome jack!
Half the price of the competitors jack.

Clean store with a lot of good deals and some quality merchandise. I really want one of their tool boxes🙂.

Staff the day I went in was not very helpful and the cashier looked like he was not having a good day . He snapped when I asked him question so I left with Hat I was able to find with out his help. Perhaps he should leave his problems at home not bring them to work to end up being rude I never had this problem there b4 staff usually are very helpful . Not last time .. I will still go on his days off lol

This place is good. Be weary of a creap that uses the parking lot he seems to be an employee of the trade school. Just remember trash from the school is not this establishment.

Love the tool but ...... employees treat everyone like thiefs!!!!!! I hate that! I may be dirty when I come into the store.... because I work and I need more supplies. I pay... w $$$$ everytime. It's rude a hell...

The quality on some of their stuff is getting a lot better. The cheap stuff is still there also. I've bought air compressors, welders, generator ect. Most being 10 years "or so"old and still going. Not used every day but we'll used, and does the job I needed to.

Always have good price on tools and really good warranties

In & out with staff directing me quickly to the aisle when ask for my one item purchase. Great selection with value pricing. Cashier friendly and efficient. Security in place with enormous happy smile. No complaints here.

My husband needed some tools, we were able to get what was needed . Prices were a little high but I. The end we did get what was needed . Parking is tight since there is also a school that uses the same parking.

Everything a man needs to get by on a budget, in a pinch or just getting started in a trade. Some tools last longer than others but are affordable enough to replace for another round.

Went specifically for the advertised Portland electric saw on sale for $37.99. None on shelf or anywhere else in store. Asked Yulisa, and she was kind enough to check the stock in the back using her register. Luckily there were three more in stock. She called in the request and another lovely young lady brought it up, while we completed the sale. That was a smooth running store and excellent customer service. Even the nice young lady that directed me to where they should be on the back shelf was polite and helpful. Props to you all!!

I’m a security guard for Harbor Freight & great customer service is provided by all employees regardless how busy it gets in there. The employees really are great at juggling their customers. During Covid even manager’s & supervisor’s get on the registers to get through their short staffed days & you don’t see that in some locations.

This was my first time ever shopping at Harbor Freight Tools - I definitely felt like a kid in a candy store! I’m giving a 5 star review because the store was clean and orderly. The staff greeted me as I walked in. I didn’t know how much of a huge market there is for tools. Their prices are super competitive when compared to the competitors! All in all this is a great tool shop!

Great sale, good help, most responsible shoppers wearing masks, felt safe. Staff wearing masks. Staff on top of any problems, including security dude. Saw shoplifters and he was on them quick. Good job. If you need any tools shop there first. Lowes and home depot flooded with people. No one to help you. They have lost a lot of business with me for that reason. And shoppers rude, no masks....well, they can and will die due to their disrespect.
