Bought my first road bike here recently. I was completely lost in terms of sizing and fit and John and Craig have taken great care to help me size, order, and adjust the bike to my needs! This kind of old school small business customer service is so refreshing and reassuring in a world of impersonal corporations and self checkout. There's a great down to earth vibe here. Check them out you won't regret it!

Absolutely outstanding, blue ribbon, red-carpet service! My friend just gave me a bike that had no air in the tires. I stopped by on a busy Saturday and Sam mechanic paused what he was working on and took care my tires as well as giving me a comprehensive bike pump and bike lock cost comparison. John, the owner was doing a pro bike fit for a fellow customer but took the time to make sure I understood how to use a Presta valve converter. These guys are part of a dying breed and I really appreciate their commitment to taking care of cyclists. Hard to find places like this.

What an AMAZING business to go to. Top notch customer service, extremely honest ! Walked in with 2 tires I purchased to replace my son's bike and employee behind the counter took his time to check the tires first instead of just replacing them like I asked and ended up only needing to replace 1 !! I’ve been living in this town and never been in that bike shop. I’m glad I maid the choice and went inside for the first time. They were all busy working and immediately apologized for the wait and attended me and worked on my bike which was a innertube with no air inside. I think his name is John and adjusted everything on my bike and informed me it will ride great this time and charged me on a very fair price which I was amazed with. I recommend if someone needs a tuneup. Check this place out.

They took the time to understand what kind of bike I was looking for and made great recommendations. They ordered the right bike for me and didn't pressure me to buy one that was already in stock. Prices are definitely fair. Big shout out to Craig for his help. Wish I lived closer so I could use them for tune ups too.

Craig really took the time to understand the way I ride, what my personal needs were- and how to adjust my bike to get the most from my rides mentally and physically. Nobody here trying to upsell me on anything -which is the opposite of the experience I’ve had it most other shops! My friend had been recommending that I come here for a while now, and I was just riding my bike one day, looked up- and there it was right in front of me :-) It really was a cosmic experience! love this place!

I've been looking for on entry level road bike for a while. Came here on a Wednesday night John the owner greet me professionally. He show me and give me introduction to a few bike I fell in love with Cannondale synapse tiagra. John is very knowledgeable of the products and more importantly he cares about you. Highly recommended will definitely come back.

Several years have gone by and I've now recommended EVERYONE to go here and have made friends with most of the employees from my frequent visits. Honest folk doing honest work. They continue to serve each and every customer to the fullest (even if they don't deserve it sometimes haha). Kids, disabled, old, young, rich, poor, doesn't matter. MTB, BMX, Gravel, Electric, Wheelie machines, tandems, bicycle trailers, carbon, aluminum, titanium, steel, it DOESN'T MATTER JUST BRING IT HERE.

And it has paid off as they've had to add another work station to handle all the work they're getting. I've had all three of my bikes serviced or upgraded there in some way or another (and I'm building a 4th with them now). Hard tail specialized diverge, pinarello f8, state single speed. All have come back better than when I left them.

The kids love this place since there isn't a lot of the snobbery that they get when they venture into some of the other bike shops I've been to. You know they do good work when people will happily wait outside in the cold weather due to the covid policy. I've seen some kids ride for hours to come buy stuff here. Cannot speak highly enough of these guys. I'm now building a custom titanium bike with them and can't wait to see how it turns out.

P.S. Craig is in my humble opinion the best bike master (not mechanic, not builder, but MASTER) I've ever met. Guy handles everything I throw at him (and trust me I'm crazy when it comes to my bikes) with aplomb. #1 Bicycle ARTISAN around in my humble opinion.

Went there the other day to have my single speed fixed. Guys were super helpful, explained why it happened and recommended upgrades to prevent it. Already recommended the place to a friend and he's heading there now. Sometimes you have to be patient if they get a bunch of customers at once because they make sure every customer is taken care of fully but it is worth the wait. My kinda bike shop. Highly recommended.

For the past several months I’ve been searching for a particular e-bike listed as out of stock on Cannondale’s website, but with their help I was able to track down the only remaining bike in my size at the Cosmic Wheel - just 250 miles from my house! At the time it seemed a bit crazy to drive all that way to check out the bike, but in retrospect I have no regrets. This is a great bike shop with an excellent selection of quality bikes, and extremely knowledgeable employees who are passionate about cycling and provide exceptional customer service. I especially appreciated the extra effort that Craig went through to make sure my new bike was properly fitted. Thanks Cosmic Wheel, you really do make bicycle dreams come true. The all-around positive experience definitely made it worth the drive!

Great Place !!! People are real PROs after several attempts to service my three bikes I finaly found Cosmic Wheel !!! I was so glad !! They run a safety checks, adjusted brakes on my bikes I've never knew that my bike can break ike that after they adjusted evrything, they have done amazing job !! Without any strange questions like I had from other places ... like "what brand is your bike" "can you leave your bike for two weeks" "have your bike made in China " etc. so strange !?? Aslo I bough some stuff for bikes like CAT EYE brand bike light came home check the same items on line, Cosmic Wheel is offering the better price so no rip off there it was Nice I would recomend Cosmic Wheel for anybody who is looking great proffessional service for their bikes !! FIVE STAR GUYS !!! NO QUSTIONS ABOUT !!!

I have been here before but got full tune up on my bike this time. John called me a day before the expected pick up date as it was ready. Bike rides like new. He also explained fully what needed to be done regarding an issue I had with the crank. Great team of people who are experts and care about what they do. Thanks again guys!

John the big cahuna, and obar hope i spelled right, are amazing along with the rest of the crew, was there today for rim true, john took care of it , these guys are tops...i highly recommend this shop for all repairs ty guys...

Team was great to work with. Able to replace spokes on my ebike and 2000+ mi later no issues. They understood how different guage spokes would help solve my issue.

Amazing customer service, the owner john is incredible at what he does. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The speed of the service was great. Came in for a flat. He fixed my gears and brakes in less then 15 mins. The pricing was great. I cant wait to buy a new bike from him!

Exceptional service and honesty - took in a good but neglected road bike to see what service it needed. John quickly pointed out the issues, and also what was good to go. He did a safety check which included adjusting my front derailleur and brakes, recommended I change pedals, and told me to come back later for some fine tuning. Excellent, affordable - overall very happy. Purchased a great helmet for less than the online price.
