Staff was very friendly and helped my mother with her oxygen and mobility needs. Service is a little slow but good once we were introduced to the correct person for each issue.

Tosha was extremely helpful and professional. After unhelpful calls to doctors, health ins, therapists and other durable medical centers I finally got Tosha at the Meridian Idaho main office. They don't carry the original expiration device I was seeking but she researched & found other possibilities. Plus, she explained the process for getting equipment for my husband with Parkinson's. Her supervisor Cassandra was also helpful. I am in Oregon but Tosha was willing & able to make the process easier. Thank you

We've LOVED working with NORCO! As insurance agents we used their facilities to hold some Medicare meetings for our clients for the Annual Enrollment Period. Jon and Victoria have been nothing but gracious to us in helping us carry out these meetings! Hands down this has been the best venue we've worked with and will definitely be back!

My friend needed some additional tubing for her O2. The care facility was having some trouble taking care of it. Both the person that I spoke to on the phone and the sales clerk were extremely kind and helpful. Just when I thought good customer service was dead, these 2 renewed my hope. Thank you. My husband's walker was run over by a truck. He is very dependent on his walker. The next morning we went to Norco to see what they had. We were somewhat concerned because my husband prefers a 3 wheeled walker and they are hard to come by in stock. But they had the exact same walker on the floor, put together and ready to roll. It was even the same color. This in itself was amazing because the old walker had been used by both my parents and it was 26 years old. The staff could not have been nicer. They were attentive to our needs and very helpful. We were in and out if there within a half hour. Thank you Norco and staff for a very pleasant experience during a stressful time for us. You made our day.

I just wanted to share the over the top exceptional partnership that Norco, specifically John Westermeier and Victoria helped us with the conference rooms inside Norco. We used the Venue for our Medicare Community meetings with my Medicare insurance agency CRM Group LLC for 3 different days in the past two week. All of the Norco folks that we came in contact with were very professional and so kind with us. Thank you - Thank you for everything!!!

I work at a small boutique and we use a small tank of Argon when we make jewelry. My boss asked me Friday late afternoon if I could refill the tank so we could use it the next working day (Saturday). I said sure because we close at 4pm. I double check the times for Norco and they closed at 5 so I thought I could make it. Long story short, I looked up the address and headed downtown from Meridian. I ended up calling because traffic was bad and I was cutting it close. I spoke to Tom who informed me I was going to the wrong location for what I needed. I wasn’t going to make it by 5 to go back to Meridian. He told me to stay on the phone but to keep driving towards the Meridian location. I ended up speaking to Blair in meridian and he said he would stay and wait for me after hearing my pathetic story. I was so grateful and they both were so polite. It’s rare these days to have many people go above and beyond-especially on a Friday night!! I can’t say enough about the outstanding customer service we received. We are by no means a big customer for them but the fact that they were still willing to accommodate me says a lot!!

Susan M & Samuel E. are outstanding employees of Norco. They exemplify what i believe are outstanding qualities of representatives for Norco.

Susan M. took the time to find me the perfect C-PAP equipment and was fast! She was beyond polite, professional and I was throughly impressed. If you need help with anything C-PAP related, Susan, in my opinion, is the best person for that help. She not only knows the C-PAP supplies, but was very quick to find what I needed after listening to what I was having trouble with. She was also very friendly, and did not spend any unnecessary time helping me find the perfect equipment .

Samuel E. is a wonderful and compassionate customer service rep. that helped me after I received some incorrect equipment. Not only was he professional, but also friendly with a great sense of humor (which seems to be in short supply these days). He was fast and efficient. He, in my opinion, is the perfect example of how a customer service rep. should be not only towards customers, but as a representative of Norco.

Love this Meridian facility! I have a Bi-Pap machine and the people at this Norco facility have been extremely helpful and supportive while I've become used to it. They are always willing to explain how to service and clean the machine, and usually send me home with a bag of replacement parts to use during the coming months. I've dropped in and asked for help more than once, and am always met with a friendly smile and helpful information. I don't know about you, but I find that kind of customer support hard to find anymore, so when I do experience it, I don't mind sharing the good news with others. Yay, Norco Meridian employee/owners! Keep up the good work.

I have just became a CPAP user and Norco is my vendor. I picked up my device this week and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. I think my experience was so great because of Nick Hudson and Emily Grant. They fitted my mask, did a thorough demonstration outlining how to use the machine and a complete explanation about what to expect. They make the entire process an extraordinarily easy experience. Nick and Emily are to be commended for their skill, knowledge, communication ability, and patience. I couldn't be happier!

My daughter broke her ankle 2 weeks ago and was able to get a scooter from this place we used curb side assistance and it was super easy and the help from the gentleman ROB was great to. He showed us how to use the scooter to adjust to her needs as well he was very respectful and great customer service I will highly recommend Norco curb side to anyone I know who has the need for what they have to offer :)

I'm not sure what problems others had with customer service. We just spent an hour at Norco and experienced nothing but professional and courteous staff.
We were greeted upon arrival and directed to the area where we would be served. In about 15 minutes an insurance service person called us to her station, looked at my wife's prescription for a cane, directed her to the cane racks and told her to pick any one she wanted. We brought the cane back to her station and then took a seat in the waiting area while she waited for approval and processed our paperwork. In less than 30 minutes she called us over again, had us sign the papers and we were done.
A most pleasant experience.

There are a lot of negative reviews. My experience was fantastic. I had to go get a CPAP, I called on Wednesday, and they scheduled me an appointment for that Friday. When I arrived they immediately got me into an empty room, and someone was with me within 5 minutes. They explained everything very well and made sure I knew how to use the equipment, and that I had no other questions. I will definitely be getting all my equipment from them.

I am very pleased to have received a replacement CPAP machine approximately 2 months sooner than what was anticipated when my machine at that time began having performance issues. I am very happy with my new machine and can depend on it in the coming months.

Recently had my CPAP unit recalled and just received a replacement unit. I had trouble following the instructions to update the new unit with the old units setup. Took both units to Norco meridian and very quickly had someone to help set the new unit up. Robin Stauts had a little trouble with the new unit but very quickly took the unit in back to get all the help she needed. The new unit now has all the same settings and all is. Also she was quickly a le to order any supplies I needed for accessories and for the new unit. Well done Robin.

The employees at this Norco in Meridian were exceptional! They greeted everyone who came in immediately, kept folks updated on the progress of whatever was needed, sincerely smiled at even the grumpiest client and responded promptly to inquiries. The world would be so much better if everyone treated people as these employees did! Kudos to y’all!!!
