Epic experience while digging through the “dead cake” area. I spotted an illustrious (what I have named) “Phteven Cake” and promptly fell apart laughing with my daughter (see pic) upon closer inspection. I think perhaps they are training new bakers but whomever made this masterpiece should be on Netflix’s The Next Best Dessert show. Not only is the color true to form but the size and shape of the teeth : perfection. I can barely tell the difference between the cake and the real deal! I can’t understand why this cake was on sale. $12.41?? Such a steal! Far better than the baroque styled raspberry monstrosity melting beside it. Should you need some real artistry and dedication put into your pastries, look no further. Fred Meyer bakers have you covered.

I shop at this Fred Meyer location occasionally and tonight’s experience was great. The cashier who checked me out was very friendly and very customer service oriented.

I am surprised Fred Meyer still has an electronic department. However, due to the lack of awareness of the electronic department here, the Xbox One X was available to purchase a day before release. I called several Fred Meyer stores in the Treasure Valley and they all were selling them at 10pm on 11-06-2017. No one seemed to know about this and all Walmarts, Targets, and Best Buys were sold out (pre-orders).

Anyway, the employees at this store are very friendly and willing to help. I was greeted by every employee (6 employees) that I walked by and two of them even struck up a conversation with me while I was standing around waiting in the electronic department.

Great place to shop for just about any Domestic AND some Foreign type food stuff 😋 Wine and beer 🍺 selection 👌. Clothing and electronics and Garden and GREAT meat 🍖 shop. Bakery o my I gained 10 lbs e ery time I go shopping. FLOWERS . Thank You Fred Meyer in Meridian. Heads down the best in town

Always clean always friendly when I come in to talk to they're always there to help me no matter what I need the store is always clean and always well taking care ofI never had any problems with any employees or customers at the store I definitely come back to the store all the time just because I can feel like I am welcome here with no problems

Fred Meyer is a great store. The Fred Meyer gas station I went to in meridian was good. No line to pay for fuel and the guy behind the counter was very nice.

Fred Meyer is one of the local grocery stores here in Boise. They also have other departments including clothing, makeup, hygiene, toys, tools, gardening, housewares, crafts, shoes, electronics, etc. I shop elsewhere for majority of my groceries because it is more cost effective but there are usually a few deals that are worth coming here instead on food items. Fred Meyer has good coupons and sales. They also have the best price on gas besides Costco most of the time. I also shop here for mine and my kids shoes over the department stores because they can get the same name brands for a lot less. They have quality clothes that do not shrink and last a good amount of time. They also have great style. Fred Meyer is a good option for quality and good prices.
