My grandparents and I love Tipsy! The staff and owners are so friendly and welcoming. The food is beyond delicious, and Julie is always adding new items to the menu! I highly recommend!

Do yourself a favor and get the corned beef breakfast tacos! They roast the corned beef in house and it's delicious! The cinnamon roll pancake and sausage were really good too. I'll definitely be back to try more!

Very good food. High quality and in good portions. The service was great. Timely, positive, and consistent throughout the meal. It's a little spendy but the quality is there to warrant it.

Absolutely outstanding place. Meet here from time to time with my church group. Everything is always amazingly delicious. I usually get the breakfast tacos - which - are literally mind blowing good. Staff is always perfectly attentive, food is top notch quality, presentation is outstanding. Never have to wait a super long time for food. 5/5!!!

I've been there twice now and will definitely go again. A friendly and social staff with a nice calm atmosphere. No drama, which is rare for a cafe. Both meals have been tasty, and I have to say that the breakfast tacos were particularly good. For being a taco lover, that was actually my first. I also talked to one of the owners as she was packing around her daughter in a harness.🤗 Like the staff she was quite friendly and pleasant. I highly recommend.

Tipsy Chef Cafe is a delightful breakfast diner that exceeded my expectations. The breakfast burrito was a mouthwatering creation filled with fluffy scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese, and fresh veggies—a true breakfast dream. The French toast was simply divine, with thick slices of bread soaked in a luscious batter and served with maple syrup. The omelette, especially the spinach, mushroom, and feta variety, was bursting with flavors.

The cute and clean atmosphere, along with the exceptional customer service, added to the overall fantastic experience at Tipsy Chef Cafe. I highly recommend this place for a memorable breakfast.

What a wonderful, little café! My husband and I stopped in on the morning of 10/15/2022 for a light breakfast. There’s plenty of breakfast classic from steak and eggs, biscuits and gravy, burritos, etc. I picked the Huevos Rancheros (crispy corn tortillas topped with two eggs your style, smothered in salsa and beans, cotija cheese, cilantro and avocado, $12.00). YUM. SO GOOD. There was plenty of delicious black beans and salsa. They do go heavy on the cilantro, you may want to ask them to tone it back a little. Overall, it was perfect and I loved every bite.

My husband got a “Build Your Own” (BYO) Omelet ($9.00) that was stuffed generously with cheddar cheese, bacon, tomatoes, and bell peppers with a side of hash browns and toast. He loved it! There was a lot of filling so it was lots of flavor. Cheese wasn't completely melted, could have used a couple more minutes on the grill but the veggies + bacon were hot. 10/10!!!

The brunchy drinks (Bloody Mary, Sangria, Mimosa, Beermosa) sounded really fun. They even have a “Mimosa Bubble Bottle” that comes with pineapple, cranberry and orange juices. I’ll have to come back just for that.

It’s impossible to miss heading north on Meridian Road. I’m so glad the beloved Ed’s 50’s Café has been transformed to an absolutely adorable, quaint little eatery that I will definitely be coming back to!

Love this place! The people are so nice and make you feel welcome even when they're busy. The food is really fresh and delicious and there are lots of great options for breakfast, brunch and lunch.

The food is delicious and consistent! I love this breakfast/lunch spot. I suggest trying the blueberry pancakes, you won’t be disappointed. Service great and the owners are engaging. It’s a Solid Five Stars in my book.
This seems to happen every time! This used to be decadent blueberry pancakes, local scrambled eggs and bacon cooked perfectly as ordered. If you haven’t been here yet, you are missing out! (see pic)

We love this place. Super friendly very welcoming, first class service. Our meals were very tasty with a lot of choices, kind of difficult to choose one meal. Also some really good and clearly marked Gluten free options. Very easy to get to just off the Interstate 84 freeway.

Delicious!!! The food is crafted not only with a nice presentation, but also in a way that makes the flavors enhance each other! Loved it! Would definitely be recommend and be back soon!

Came here on a whim to try new restaurants with my wife and I have to say, I was definitely impressed. You're greeted by really friendly staff that makes you feel like you're visiting a friend's home. We ordered The Daddio, the breakfast burrito, cinnamon roll pancakes, two pineapple mimosas, and two coffees. Everything blew out expectations out of the water. I was craving country fried chicken and they had their own take on it which was amazing. It was presented in between two soft buttery biscuits and eggs and covered and smothered in gravy. It was one of the best I've ever had. The arugula with vinaigrette is a nice touch to balance it out. The breakfast burrito is HUGE and tasted great. It's not like the other breakfast burritos that are doused in heavy oil. You don't leave the restaurant feeling groggy and weighed down by the food at all. The mimosas are a great way to loosen up after a long week. To top it all off, the cinnamon roll pancakes... Theres not enough words to describe how delicious these are. You know how everyone loves the center piece of a cinnamon roll because it's the gooiest part? Think of that but enlarged 5x. It's crispy on the outside and super soft on the inside. The cinnamon and frosting on it are amazing. I just can't recommend it enough.

Wow! First time here. I got the avocado “toast” which was amazing and so beautiful too! A bed of hashbrowns for the toast and plenty of micro greens, tomatoes, jalapeños and I got a runny egg on top. Plus a yummy mimosa. Perfect light breakfast and great service. Highly recommend.

Parfait! (excellent). Only breakfast place in this area with the French touch. So unique and delicious.

Has an old-time local hang-out vibe. Customers were greeted as they walked in asking if they'd like their usual. Pleasant & clean atmosphere. Service for myself was prompt & very friendly. Will return when in Meridian in the future!

The food is amazing! Great friendly atmosphere and service. Everything was made from scratch. Very pleasantly surprised. Lots of seating choices, indoors or out. The prices are competitive, nice portions. Well worth it. We'll be back tomorrow morning!

Delicious brunch! Great atmosphere! A little cold inside especially sitting next to the window but the food was amazing! Will be back again!

We wanted to try a new breakfast place and we were not disappointed! The service was so good. Our food took a while to get to us because there was a big table ahead of us , but they gave us complimentary cookies while we waited. Which was much appreciated as we were all getting a bit hungry by then. Once our food did come, we all dug in and were very happy with our choice.
