Karl's Hardware Tehachapi

Started a project July 2023 and Karl's was my daily shopping trip for 4 months. Great group of folks, always helpful, informative and just pleasant to see every day. It was to bad that just as I started my daily routine into Karl's that "one" particular sales associate moved away. Needed metal-plastic wingnut for a pressure cooker since we lost one of 8. Karl's had it! Helpful crew.

Karl's it's our new location here in tehachapi and they have a large selection of necessaries stuff. If they don't got it then then they will order it for you. Very convenient and friendly staff. I recommend Karl's if you don't want to deal with the home depot.

Karl's is the go-to place for home improvement in the area. Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable. If you can't find it at other "big box" retailers, it's at Karl's.

Some of the associates can be a bit short with answers, and have to reference either price books or other employees, but once you get the information you need it's a decent store. I recommend giving the employees an orientation or some more training in there positions before leaving them alone to do the job. Cashier's should be knowledgeable with pricing and anything in there stations. Same goes for floor associates.

WoW! This is a great hardware store. They have everything you need to fix, repair, remodel and improve your home. I found household cleaning supplies, pest control traps, plumbing parts, paint and garden supplies, tarps and more. And they have people there that helped me find everything I needed. The service I got Is the reason I never have to go to any other hardware store with no service again! Thanks Karls for coming to Tehachapi!

Some of the pricing is messed up, but the store inventory is fantastic! Some of the people are very helpful. A better source for a lot of things over the big box.

Great small town hardware store, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I really liked that if they didn't have something they straight up said so, didn't try to BS anything, and offered workable alternatives to item out of stock

Great selection and prices comparable to big box stores. Big box stores don't carry big sizes of plumbing fitting needed for wells. You'll find them here.

Great hardware store family owned. I always check at Karl's before going to Home Depot. They are well stocked and friendly service. Check out Karl's before heading to the big box hardware store.

Great mom n pop hardware store. Quite a selection of hardware essentials and more. Happy to see a little area put aside for RV owners as well.

Staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful

The people are helpful and with the new ownership its got more products. There price are a little higher then Home Depot but not by to much and I like supporting my local stores.

Karls has what you need. If not, they get it. Great customer service when you walk in, after you are greeted. Unlike others with a orange apron.
