Was there early in the morning, and the staff was very attentive in multiple sections. However, a big shout out to the paint department. I had a lot of questions and the staff was very helpful in suggestions and information. Once I was loading heavy things in my car, the loading assistant was very patient as we struggled to make it fit. Will definitely be back!

Good location, amazing staff and a great place to start a remodel project. The staff is always so helpful and available for any questions you may have on an upcoming project!

Great experience do want to say that a young man name Quion went far and beyond to help us out and I would recommend anyone who goes to the store to ask for him he a very helpful young man.

I had to return today to cut blinds that I measured incorrectly. I wasn’t looking forward to looking for someone but as I walked back I was greeted by Dorian who offered to help me and I didn’t have to ask or explain anything. It was great and made everything so much easier. He was great, happy and there should be more staff like him. Thank you Dorian!

This place gave the best price I was looking for in the market. They brought it to my house, carefully carried it up and installed it. My refrigerator was damaged, and they immediately took it back and gave me a new one. I would like to thank Michelle, the salesperson in Bethlehem magazine, for her help.

This is a good Home Depot. The employees are very polite and helpful. The stock is pretty good and they are in a great shopping center with some other useful stores. So coming here after grocery shopping or picking up pizza for dinner is nice and easy. Great location

Way better prices than Lowes. That, and I've never really run into any problems with things out of stock. Staff is usually pretty friendly/helpful. Almost seems like the guys enjoy cutting wood down to size for you. A nice break in their routine.

Great paint expert Joe Paint. Best paint guy in the Valley for home improvements. He has an eye for color and is great at helping you out. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to paint to come here just for Joe.

Exceptional Customer Service
Highly recommend this store. We are doing a reno projects with multiple phases and really needed help. The employees were always very helpful in helping me find products and make recommendations. Special shoute out to John in appliances and Suzanne in kitchen design. If I could rate them from 1-5 stars, I would give both 10 stars! Really isn’t enough room here to explain how great they were but- We got exactly what we wanted and they really listened to our needs. We did not feel hassled or rushed. Also, management did a exceptional job resolving logistical issues when items did not get delivered on time.

Staff was very helpful and friendly when asked the location of items. They went out of their way to make sure you found exactly what you're looking for. They have a million and one flower and shrub options, and they all seemed well maintained (none of the plants were on the verge of dying).

For me at least they always have informed employees, they seem well staffed, and so far everyone I've met at home Depot have been nice pleasant people 😁

Was looking for the right screws to install new shelves I just bought. Was having a hard time until a clerk named Maverick came to assist me. This kid was extremely respectful and courteous and thanked me for my military service. I was proudly wearing one of my many veteran shirts. He assisted me without reservation, answered all.my questions and made suggestions that would make my job go easier and made sure I left there with exactly what I needed. I got the job done as soon as I got home. Home Depot, give this kid a raise or something good. He deserves it! You need to find more like him, FACT!

Takes care of all my home goods needs & then some!

Staff has always been friendly and they always carry what I need. I sometimes go out of my way to go here and pass a different home improvement store that’s close to my house because of the service and selection.

Was helped by Bob in the Millwork department in the Bethlehem store when we came in for 2 new sliding patio doors. Bob was very helpful, explaining the various options and doing all he could to see that we got the best price. We left, feeling as though we had very good customer service and were very happy with our purchase. Thanks, Bob!

I was at the store around 8:45am 11/15 to purchase paint for stucco, which I've never bought before. The lady who was assisting us was so incredibly helpful.

The nicest customer service I've had in a long time. Three different clerks helped me out in different areas in the store. My favorite was the beautiful tall, thin checkout clerk. (I wish I would've gotten her name) She was helpful and cheery. Just what I needed 3 days before Christmas.
