The best prices locally and in the world. The owner and family are very helpful I finding what you need, nice and respected in the community. Now sure how Mr Friday is able to keep his prices extremely low when surrounding beauty supplies charge 3 to 6 times more. I often see people who own beauty supplies shopping here as well. I absolutely love this place. I can always find what I need.

This is a great black owned, beauty supply store. Fully stocked and great customer service. Low prices i wouldn't shop anywhere else, been coming for years. Still in the community thank you.

Can I just say how Impressed I was to find a beauty supply that was well stocked, where all the people were friendly (even the customers were super nice. They helped each other if the owner was busy helping someone else), where my business was actually wanted, and the people who worked there were knowledgeable about everything I asked about? Then its a Black owned beauty supply, which is incredibly rare.

I live 2 hours away, so I can only go once in a while. But when Friday's starts selling online, I'll be ordering all my specifics from there.

The BEST beauty supply store EVER! I’ve been coming here for all my hair products since I was in high school and I am well in my adulthood now. Even though I don’t live in the neighborhood anymore I still take the 20min drive to COMPTON whenever I need to buy hair stuff... Super sweet & generous guy. He’s very friendly. I love that the store is open I think everyday ‘til about 8pm which is so freaking convenient... I will always support this owner because I’ve only experienced positive vibes and great customer service ever since his mother was running the store years back! 👍🏽

Great customer service and a large selection of black hair care products. Parking is minimal, so I suggest going early in the morning to get a decent parking spot

First time visiting, needed to pick up some hair for my daughter to get her hair braided. The gentleman working was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable, willing to help us with the perfect colors to match her hair and even what we needed to blend her colors. He made sure we had what we needed. He went above and beyond, GREAT customer service. Their prices were amazing. When we called they didn't give them over the phone, we understood when we got there. They have the best price around by far. We happen to be in the area today, but between the great customer service, the wide variety of choices and their prices, this place is worth a drive any day. He made a repeat customer out of us today and I will be sending people there!

She keeps her clients happy. She and her daughter know what they are doing. I was referred to the owner to do twist locks. My hair is growing as a 57-year-old black man. I saw her juggle 3 to four clients at a time. They did not mind. I do because my time is valuable, I pay good money. I think because I am a man, my patience is not long. She does great work on all different nationalities in the High Desert. Women thank her and tip her because they hair is growing. Her daughter specializes in braiding, and she is fast. She's the owner, and she is very knowledgeable about all her products she sells in the beauty store. She is friendly and shows genuine interest in her clients. The vibe is good. She plays Christian music throughout the store. I've been going since September of this year. I hate that I can use her going forward because I just moved back to Compton. I hope I can find someone as talented as Mary. I would recommend her.

Great Black owned beauty supply store! They have a lot of selection of braiding hair colors and even ombré! And at great prices. Everyone who works here that I have came into contact with has been extremely helpful and courteous.

Fridays has been around for a long time. Black owned and operated. I believe in supporting black- owned businesses. Fridays is stocked with EVERYTHING! I purchased some head wraps. As soon as I walked in. There they were. Gentlemen at the register very friendly. It's been a while since I've shopped there. However I'll he back to purchase, more beauty supplies. Black owned beaty supply is a rarity, and this place is worth the visit. I would love to see it expand to a larger area. It is family owned, and customer centered. Mr Friday has exact knowledge of his inventory, just ask him about an item, he'll tell you where its located and if he doesn't have it he can order it for you. My wife and daughter are customers for life.

I was at US beauty supply and I didn't feel comfortable there.
A Lady at the other beauty supply told me about Friday's Beauty supply, I googled it and then drove over.
Staff was informative, helpful, and considerate.
Prices were even better.
Having those attributes, I can continue to go here and actually benefit.

Great beauty supply with absolutely the best prices!! I have been going here for over 10 years family owned and super friendly! Great selection of products for weaves and braids. They will even try to special order for you if they don't carry it. Highly recommended!!
