I had an awesome experience when I entered the store. It was clean and when I walked up to the counter alyzea was the employee at the register. She was very friendly and sweet. She asked me for my ID and noticed that my birthday was tomorrow and wished me a happy birthday and I thought that was very kind. She wished me a good evening and I will definitely be returning to the store. With an employee like Alyzea this store definitely has a gem in their service. Great customer service.

Not bad parking. Needs a bit of repairing

I was told to leave the store because I have a "pet" with me. I have a service dog, I'm a disabled vet. She is no pet, she's a service dog and has been trained. Anyways, I told the clerk that service dogs do not have certifications. I called the ADA and see what they say. I'll never go to another 7-11 in my life.

First occasion: No receipt at pump, was told we don't put printer paper in the gas pumps. Second occasion: Notified clerk Big Red was leaking into all drinks on same nozzle, was told everyone likes Big Red anyway, all of us here do (I DON'T). Not good management or customer service.

Manager very rude she was talking to someone and my husband asked for his item to purchase and was told can't you see in busy and she banned him
because he told her they weren't the only store in Abilene.
