They have the most EXCELLENT service around. Rob is very informative with their store products! Their whole staff is just the sweetest and always willing to help with any questions you have. I buy all my supplements and raw milk from there. Their prices are amazing you can't compete with any other natural health food stores in the area.

Love this place. The owner is the nephew of my old naturopath. I used to be completely main stream healthcare until I met him. I used to be on seizure medication, baclofen and propanolol, and I was going to be on it for the rest of my life. After 10 years of being sick of it, I finally gave in and saw my naturopath. He’s retired now but He got me off everything I was on. I’ve been off meds for years now. He recommended that I come here to get my probiotics my arrowroot powder and a couple other things to help me and everything here is quality and works great. They now have raw milk and I’m ecstatic. We don’t handle dairy well at all here at home, my kids or me, but this raw milk is absolutely wonderful. I’ll never go back to mainstream healthcare or generic stores. I choose life .

This place is such a hidden gem! They have an awesome selection of supplements, teas, local and organic products (including farm fresh eggs, raw milk & honey), and body care goodies! There is kombucha on tap and even sourdough starter. The prices are affordable and the owners and staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Super friendly folks who are always willing to help you find what you need. Great selection of tea, supplements and all sorts of groceries, not to mention local milk, eggs and other products. And unlike a certain chain a mile or two away, you don't get bombarded with propaganda, just friendly service and quality products!

I'm going to be biased in my review of the Flour Mill since years ago I was co-owner along with the current owner. So with that being said, here we go. When we bought the store it was on its last leg as was about to close. It needed a lot of cleaning and product for the sparse shelves. We repainted and filled the shelves up but most important started to bring back many former customers who had left. Fast forward to now and you'll find a well stocked and vibrant store alive with helpful knowledgeable staff along side the owner himself, Rob. Not only is he and the staff greate they'll go above and beyond to provide great customer service that you just can't find elsewhere. Rob brings decades of first hand product knowledge combined with a friendly attitude, he wants to see you leave happy. In a world filled with stores where most staff are just checkers and stockers it's a pleasure to see an independent store staffed with people who really care.

What a great place. Family owned & operated. Great selection of flours. Great selection of grains, natural foods. Lots of other goodies too. I go in for flour n rolled oats but wind up roaming around an finding other great things I need. Prices are great as well as the service. Love to patronize local businesses. You will be glad you stopped in!

Really cool little spot, you can find real quality product here. Different supplements, grains, and spices. Raw milk and eggs too, i recommend. Met the owner too, very pleasant man and well informed in his products.

A great place with a huge selection. It's one of those small-footprint neighborhood stores that's stuffed with a huge selection of things including Kombucha on tap, plus they will special order which is really helpful. And the owner Rob is super knowledgeable and a great guy. A real find.

Someone told me about this store when I couldn't find flour in the regular grocery stores. It is now my favorite store!

Family owned and operated. The owners are very helpful and lots of knowledge. They have all the different types of baking flours, beans, rice and more. If you have specific diet needs, they can help you with the ingredients for all those recipes. Love this place!!
