Very good customer service, as soon as you walk in you are greeted and welcomed, I was asked if I needed assistance from a few employees, I asked them a few questions and my questions were answered, everything is very organized and comes . Bought what I needed and left happy

Got a hydrafacial here this week. Very good service and highly recommend to clean out your pores. The pictures attached is the gunk that came out!

Summer was very attentive and directed me to where I needed to go. She rung me up and I got my serum quickly. Great service by her.

This review is for Danielle and her make up services. I went to a wedding Sept 16 she BEAT ME DOWN TO THE GODS. My make up looked so good and stayed on ALL night. I got some many compliments about my make up and how beautiful it was. Danielle was extremely sweet and kind. She really took into account how I wanted my make up and made me look great. If you want to look good for your event she is your girl!

Great experience at this store. I’m a total makeup novice but went in on Sunday. Asked Angel a question about beauty services and he was so sweet, genuine and kind. Wish all people could be like him! Angel is very much an angel. I’ll definitely be in for some new makeup techniques and products

I always gone to Sephora to shop and always had bad experience from employees not helping me or always being rude for no reason . I told my bf i don’t like shopping in person sometimes due to employees being rude or giving you bad vipes . But let me tell you ladies my first time coming to this location I was soo surprised getting greeted at the entrance! i actually went to exchange a foundation for grabbing the wrong shade. Angel ask if I needed help I was going to say no but he immediately help me I was a little nervous since I always had bad experiences but he so sweet and nice helping me find my correct shade color, from now on I will come here again and look for Angel lol he was really sweet and I will ask for more help . Once again THANK YOU ANGEL !

I stopped by to purchase my usual foundation but I wanted to get color matched since my current foundation color was too dark now. Jayda helped me color match but when I told her how sometimes I’d break out with HudaBeauty she recommended Nars to me and color matched me. She was so patient and super helpful. Thank you Jayda!!

I definitely loved the kind of customer service this beautiful ladies gave me! I was kindly helped by a super nice young lady named Violet (I believe is how you spell her name) anyway she was so helpful with skin care she definitely knows her stuff and answered every single question. Not only that she was super patient with such beautiful personality!

My husband & I went to Sephora in Cerritos Mall last Saturday evening during the mall rush and it was busy. I'm thankful for Ryann because she was really friendly and very resourceful. We got everything we needed in a timely manner and had a great experience.

OMG, that place was amazing, and Carley the manager is such a gem, she was headed to lunch and took the time to have another co-worker help me.💚 bless her HEART, I hope she got to enjoy her lunch? The young lady that helped me, I forgot her name was very helpful in picking out the shade I needed of bare minerals. On November 11th, I went to Sephora and met this wonderful Lady Porscha!! She is so great! Answered all our questions, was so cheerful and Happy, making us laugh, gave honest advice about my skin care and help me find right products for my skin. I am very bad when it comes to taking care of my skin. Porscha wrote down which product i have to use. SHOUT OUT TO PORSCHA!!❤❤

Great customer service. They are kind, helpful, and they always make sure you leave the store feeling beautiful. And they have all the best products. It is pricey but that is what the items cost. I LOVE THIS SEPHORA!

Had my make up done for my birthday here. Paid $60 and got a professional look. I was a happy camper.

Came in looking for a moisturizer. The associate was so helpful she pointed me in the right direction with great recommendations. My daughter also got color matched and it was her perfect shade foundation.

The customer service is great. They help me, when I needed help finding a product. They so helpful and nice. This store have everything I need. I would come back again.

Went in this time for skincare instead of makeup. Jessica is the skincare department is very kind and incredibly knowledgeable about skin and the products your skin type will need. She spent alot of time with me and didn't make me feel rushed. She took her time answering all my questions. I got a few samples of things I wanted to try and then she gave me samples on things she recommended. She also took the time to notice that I was purchasing very expensive items and informed me that Sephora does 30 minute hydra facials for customers spending $75+. They couldn't get me in that night because it was late, but they were able to get me in the very next day. If you're going to buy skincare $75 before tax) definitely call ahead or go on the website to book your hydra facial so you can get the facial for free. Again, thank you to Jessica for your time and for truly making it such an educating experience. I love all my new products!
