Used to be my go to place for slurpees back in high school. Now this place doesn't have that friendly atmosphere as it used too. They allow drunks, and baggers to wonder around the entrance door, and Police presence increased over the years. It shows that staff and/or management doesn't care about this place.

The soda/pop machine does not have the peace on the bottom to mix the pop correctly so you sit there and fill your cup up 3 times to get it full so much waist I dont know how that passes health inspection it's been like this for 1 year that I know about let alone what the truth is.....

I used to be called by owner my favorite customer but thats just a line from store Indian lady .I used to go daily that was until I got sick from the round ball donuts ugh they had mildew twice I baught Indian lady needs to stay off her cellphone chatting in Indian concentrate more on her store products and working less hours she over works herself no new hires .trying to do it all herself she should hire young American ppl who earn and work for a living .Living the dream is not a 7-11 owner on the cellphone talking Indian while helping a customer with mildew on the products .very disappointed with this location now I rarely go in at all.

Worst coffee be careful when you pay they try to give you something free but they charge you for it be very careful.

I went in I bought two items from 7-Eleven. I came out to grab my other stuff when an ask use the bathroom I was told it was for customers only need to get out the next time I come to the 7-Eleven I’m going piss on the front window

They always have “be back in 5 minutes” and never back in that time and everything is overpriced. Like they sell Arizonas for almost $2 when everyone knows an Arizona is 99¢…like it literally says so on the cans🙄 and the workers are kinda rude

I went to buy a couple of things b4 work and the guy who is working right now supposedly name Bob has an attitude talking about they don't accept the free refills for coffee then why sell the cups with the free refills coupons

I stopped going here a while back because of the people outside of the store that were pan handling. it got to be a hassle so I just went to a different store. Today I gave it another shot. Nobody begging for money, that was good.
So I went in got my Smoked Turkey sandwich and went to the line at the cashier. I'm the 3rd person waiting and waiting and waiting. Finally I asked her to take care of us because I NEEDED TO GET TO WORK. The man that was 1st said he was thinking the same thing. A minute or so later she stopped doing what ever she was doing and took care of the first man in line. I left my sandwich on the counter and left. She needs to be retrained or fired.. Watch your camera's 5:25 am on 7/19/19. Don't look for me to ever go to this 7/11 again.
The reason people go here and pay bloated price is for the convenience and if you have bad customer service it defeats the purpose.

Had the worst experience today. I ordered a jalapeño and cheese taquito. When I got to my job I bit into a beef taquito. I don’t eat meat, so I went and took the taquito and asked for the correct one. Nida said she gave me what I asked for and she doesn’t make mistakes. I told her she was on her phone at the moment and she made a mistake. I reaffirmed her I ordered 2 jalapeño and cheese taquitos and only one was 1 was the right one and the other was beef. She refused to exchange it even though I took the beef taquito back. She said if it was another employee she would believe me but since it was her she will not exchange it:
I asked to speak to her manager and she said she was the manager then when I asked for the corporate number she said to look for it online that she wasn’t giving me anything. I wasted my entire lunch on this ridiculous situation. If you want to save yourself a bad experience AVOID THIS 7/11

Use to be a good store. Now they are letting the drunks and beggars into the store and hang around outside. A week ago some drunk that was warming up in the store after asking for change outside cussed me out for not giving him a cigarette from a pack he watched me buy. This happened in the store. The cops even had to get called. About three days later same guy is back with two friends begging for money. Same guy is in the store and starts running around cussing me out again telling me I'm not allowed in his store. The two employees there did nothing. This store and their lack of customer care is horrible. They obviously don't care about the neighborhood.

Store is bad very bad customer service they will not even take coupons that for any particular item

Very rude lady at the front desk will never go back.
