I really enjoyed the service, the two workers were very friendly, kind and helpful. We were happy when they even asked for any song request since our group was having fun with the music that was being played. Everything was very organized, clean and well kept.

Still a kid at heart~ needed some nostalgia so I purchased a sailor moon music box for $12 but they have a 2 for $20 deal at present. Passed through the store once before and decided to come back just for that. They have many boxes for different animes, a series has the same song however, its boxes have different designs. Team was efficient and kind during my purchase. Feel like a kid again but I’m off to continue adulting.

Great shop for some toys, plushies, pop figures ect. Good variety and price is definitely reasonable! My Godzilla Looks Dooope!

Stopped by on Friday 24th and I saw how beautiful lit up the display was which is what caught my attention.

Wide selection of items to choose from friendly / joyful staff. Randall & Jay helped me out and provided great customer service.

Would definitely recommend and shop again.

the customer service was so good i loved it, the employees were so nice to me and offered me when help as i walked in. It was so nice and i was able to find exclusive funko pops i have been looking for and as well as plushies.

I love coming to this store. Whenever I’m at the Downey Promenade I always make sure to visit to see all the new cool anime merch they have to offer. My favorite thing to buy is their 3D stickers.

This place is mind blowing. Level 5 then Hot Topic. Especially on their stickers. If you’re a fan of horror movies. I’m coming back!
