The store manager was really helpful; after almost three weeks of searching, he remembered me and gave me the item I was looking for! They to do everything to satisfy the customers, and everyone there is really kind.

I don’t mind going to this place except when there are people in front smoking drugs. I know it’s tough out here in this world, but this is no Place for that when families and children are walking back and forth to their cars. I have a cvs care pass and I truly love it. I recommend the care pass for people.

This location is the best in Lancaster ,Ca very clean store ,caring employees and pharmacy is Excellent !!! I want this location to know how much the Community Values them and Corporate Should be Aware and Award them for there Excellence in Customer Service!!

i pick up my meds here! always super quick and easy, get texts when my meds are ready and have yet to have any issues so far. the pharmacists are polite :)

What a saving grace at 3am after leaving the hospital sick & weak. A 24 hour cvs with a kind, helpful pharmacist!

I have been through some though times, I know jobs can be stressful and it its hard enough for employees, what they do to help the store, to please the customer, they are not always right. No one knows what a person goes through.

It's convenient. It's quick you can get in and out of the store quickly and the employees are exceptional

I've been having so many complications with the cvs app and my extra bucks. . .Lori and Tino the manager were so helpful and accommodating. . .they made sure my issues were resolved and gave me information i needed for future purchases. . .The manager Tino also gave me $10 extra bucks for my troubles. . .thanks

Read the reviews and for the most part complaints are about the pharmacy. To be fair they fill ALL of the AV's after hours clinics and hospitals. Yes, if you are county, HMO or PPO they are filling the Rx.
My review isn't really about the pharmacy but more the experience I had with the CVS staff. Friendly and went above to help me gather an array of stuff for a homeless encampment near this location. With that said yes the location is a bit run down but customer service was on point

I am an extreme couponer and so I deal with the best and worst of staff. The staff here are just superb. Raymond the manager was extremely helpful and curteous and Debra was so kind and funny while she checked me out that it went from being a crappy/embarrassing day to a happy successful one. NOTE TO FELLOW COUPONERS: Read rhe policy, follow the policy, LIVE BY THE POLICY!

My family and I we passing through on our way to Texas. I threw out my back loading luggage and had to have medication sent from my Army base in WA. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Great job, and thank you!!

Open when nothing else is, over priced and all the good things are locked up but when your up and need it they got it just bring the cash because the mark up is present lol
