AT&T Store

We went in to buy a new phone and were helped by Nancy! She was extremely helpful and offered excellent customer service! She was very knowledgeable and made the process smooth and easy. Definitely going back to her for future purchase :)

Viviana was absolutely amazing and outstanding in every facet and aspect. Her professionalism, appearance, communications skills, customer service, and knowledge were perfect and epitomizes what all sales representative/consultants should strive to be. My experience today was a 10 out of 10 perfect score and I could not have had a more better consultant and experience.
Viviana assisted me with payment issues, new phone, watch, phone line additions, among other matters. She was able to break down the costs and the benefits, easing any concerns I had.
You simply cant do better than Viviana in customer service and simply put … her positive vibe and friendly attitude made for a chill and pleasant business transaction. I am defimitely going to try to continue requesting her for any assistance in the future.

I had the Good Fortune of having Manny wait on me when I came into the AT&T store in Lancaster. He was knowledgeable, thorough, patient, laughed at my jokes, and gracious when I interrupted! Manny was also an excellent salesperson and AT&T internet is now available in my area, so he has asked Austin to set me up for internet service so Manny could continue on being an excellent manager! I sometimes get frustrated with AT&T's wait times in the store, so happy that I got at a good time and that Manny was the person who helped me! I must say, every time I've been in an AT&T store, I have received excellent service!

GO SEE Nancy....SHE IS INCREDIBLE!!! We are so happy to have her expertise and she was so pleasant while helping all of my family members who ALL had different cell needs. She was so fast and made the process of switching back to AT&T a breeze!!!!

Not bad, talked to 2 wonderful ladies one named Nicole another named Lexi who helped get what I needed quick and easy. Made getting my new IPhone easy and told me about a deal that was going on for it, so that was really helpful! It made getting a new phone actually more enjoyable than it already is and the staff there are very nice.

Came in last Saturday to upgrade our phones. Nancy helped us and made sure we got the best deal for our family plan. She was very patient and very helpful, the best customer service we’ve ever had with AT&T. give her a raise !
