Great little supply company! Everything in their inventory is available and competitively priced. This company is now my number one go to. I'm new to this hobby and will enjoy not having to search the internet and purchase one thing here and another there! I have yet to have a complaint or deal with customer service but I'm sure that their service will be exemplary.

Agena is mostly an online shop, but they have excellent, knowledgeable, and friendly customer service. There is another dealer much closer to me but many of their items are marked "backorder", but usually Agena has the same item in stock. For a small online business, the amount of stock, especially in accessories, is amazing.
The ship fast, and usually the same day. They have free shipping for many items also. I highly recommend Agena Astroproducts. Seven Stars!

These guys are top notch. I was on the hunt for a telescope, and decided to go with another vendor first (they were the only ones who had the scope in stock, at least they led me to believe that). Long story short, that turned into a disaster, and after one long month of headaches, I got a refund. The next day I ordered a scope from Agena. I received a shipment email within 30 minutes, and a day later it was on my door step (It does help that I am in California). And this was no small scope, it was a 75 pound shipment. Kudos to Agena, you have earned yourself a repeat customer!!

Excellent store for astro products. I have placed multiple orders with them... they consistently ship out orders right away and are extremely responsive to any inquiries. Prices are consistent with other stores and I have found items here that were out of stock in other places. 5/5 stars for sure.

Agena AstroProducts is on point! I love these guys! Every order I've placed with them has been perfection, and they get shipments out the door fast! Outstanding customer service, great products, prices, and sales! If it can be bought from Agena I don't even bother to look elsewhere. I own several of their Starguider EWA, and Dual ED eyepieces and they are all great quality optics for an unbeatable price!

I ordered a dedicated astro cam late in the day on Thursday, and was on my doorstep the next day (it wasn't expected to ship until Friday). Excellent prices, selection, and well stocked! I know where I will be ordering all my astro gear from now on!
