Kohl's

I visited the KOHL'S BUCKTOWN location on Sat 3/9/24. I was actually returning an Amazon order. As I was leaving, I spotted a pair of TAN NINE WEST LOAFERS. No box, NO PRICE attached, but they were GEORGEOUS! CHRISTY, THE CASHIER went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist the young lady(oops, I didn't ask her name) to get the shoes accurately priced. As I waited CHRISTY and I engaged in delightful conversation about Kohls, the quality of their merchandise and invited me to look at their Spring decorative items since I told her my Christmas wreaths were still on the door Lol!! CHRISTIE was a RARE GEM when we encounter so many unfortunate experiences. A smile, good conversation AND a pleasant attitude. GO TO THE BUCKTOWN KOHLS and CHRISTY the KOHLS CASHIER assist you!!! PS. I HAVE MY NEW NINE WEST LOAFERS TOO LOL!!!

Adrian saw I needed help n asked to assist me with all the patience in the world cause this senior citizen wasn’t ready with the information needed. And the check out girl was totally helpful as well and kind. Thank you so much. You both made my day better

As always I found the store to be clean and well organized. There were CSRs readily available. Always a pleasure to shop here.

The store manager Liza was just incredible in helping to track down my wife's Kohl's card number so that we could use it at check-out. My wife's purse had been stolen recently, and so she did not have her driver's license. Liza spent a long time with us making various phone calls to different Kohl's folks to track it down. She was so friendly and so so helpful! Thank you Liza!!!

The new cashier Aliah was very accomodating. Answering all my inquiries. She was very patient with me. Thank you! Also to her supervisor. They tried to help me the best they could. My 1st time in this store and I am truly impressed. Neatly stacked good. Easy to find items. A pleasant shopping experience indeed!

We enjoyed our time at Kohl's this afternoon. Not only was the Associate extremely helpful in finding just the right shape of jeans, but the cashier was delightfully friendly too.

Lot's of sales. Good prices on lots of items. From bedding to shoes, can find a little bit of everything for your home and self. Tons of parking.

I am happy to visit this store for first time I can any branded cloths I bought leather gloves from here I am satisfied 😌 with quality even the cost also little bit more 😄. Thank you

Extremely well organized and clean store. Customer service is friendly and helpful. I was able to find a book bag a day before my daughter went back to school. Easy to look down all the departments. They have a Sephora inside too! Lines moved quickly.

To get people super fascinating, the employees I 🤔 should have look for the name. I'm bad with names and face it idea that drive me. I t was really good experience, I was under a lot of 😩, when I was in. Your store InChicago, it so good it a fort solid Denim, 🙌 🤔. I van get very shy in places I haven't been but you. Made me feel like house slippers. So I got #527levi. Quick t nd a crushing it... (I would say more but you know time Nd 💰, ) seriously though my cashier made my day was so sweet and kind. First time shopping at kohls though everyone was helpful .my cashier jb was outstanding she helped us answerd all our questions. Also helped with getting us additional discounts using kohls credt card .

Very nice! I love this Kohl's store. Clean, easy to get to, and has a lot of discounted merchandise. The employees here are very friendly and professional!

The experience that I had today right before Christmas. It was amazing go to that Kohl’s, Armitage by Ashton store number 0725 and ask for JB she’s got the rate amount of beauty in her to help us by customers merry Christmas.

At checkout I was assisted by Monica. She was very friendly, helpful and patient. It was a very enjoyable experience being assisted by her.

Store very clean and organized, and I liked the speeding of the checkout. The cashier was polite and knew what she was doing.

I found the exact items I wanted at my Bucktown Kohl's. The prices were very fair. I paid for purchases on both floors and both register workers were kind, helpful, efficient and friendly.

When I arrived home I realized I had left my cell phone in my shopping cart. Thankfully, one of Bucktown Kohl's honest customers turned it in. When I called the store from my home the gracious store manager, Mary, assured me my phone was there. She emphasized she would keep the phone with her and wanted to make sure I would drive safely when I returned as she knew I was panicked!!!

A big “thank you" to the honest people who shop at Bucktown Kohl's and a special thank you to the manager who was so thoughtful.

On St. Patrick's Day, 2023, an extra 50 % off already marked down prices on SO many items! My very favorite department store! Best sales ever! This time I bought cuisinart pans and used my Kohls cash the next day for an awesome Lands End winter coat.
