The staff are friendly and are amazing at their jobs. They are highly knowledgeable and go beyond what they are told to do. Also shoutout to Kevin for amazing support through emails and shopping online. I work with the public on the federal side. So I know what visitor experiences should be at a large volume.

They always have the latest items I'm look for, or even things I wasn't looking for, but realized on the spot I wanted ^^;;; Great selection, prices and staff. Their website is also easy to use and I love the pickup option. I'm also happily surprised when they have preorder bonus photocards available. I also recommend to join their point reward system! You'll definitely be coming back 👍

omg, this store is actually awesome. the variety of merch they have is insane. from albums to posters to cute accessories, they literally have it all. the staff is so friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience even better. also significantly cheaper than the other stores in the area, can't wait to go back and shop for more!

I had ordered a lightstick and some preorder items and I was afraid that I’d receive the order after the concert. I reached out to customer service to inquire if they could ship the lightstick separately and they responded immediately and accommodated my request. I was very happy with the response time and willingness to help me. Great team!!

I've been collecting albums for several years now and I really regret not finding KPLACE earlier on. Great selection of items (from albums to merch), fast shipment with secure packaging, and extraordinary customer service! Kevin (10/10 superstar) had always been very patient via email when I had issues such as combining shipments and swapping in/out items, and the team was very mindful to my POB requests (not many shops do this so this made me VERY HAPPY!!!). They definitely put in the time and efforts to make sure my orders were the ways I wanted, and as a customer I really appreciate that. I will definitely be back to ordering more stuff in the future! :)

This kpop store is my favorite, from really nice worker to owner. In person I always have the best experience but since I have severe anxiety online has been my go to lately and they have been nothing but kind and helpful. Plus I always get the best pulls.
