Big selection here. It was busy, but Roderick was so kind enough to help make sure we found shoes for my kids. He really juggled a lot, and the store is lucky to have him! Keisha helped us check out and was very sweet!

Received the best customer service from Alexa. She displayed patience and understanding of a complex transaction, which was resolved.

Bought the all black Nike Vapor Max Plus for me and for my fiance. They are the absolute best work shoes we have ever had. We work for the studios sometimes almost 15+ hr days on our feet almost the entire time.

I was in CA and saw a pair of Nike's I Loved & Wished I had gotten them but I figured when I got back I would get a pair bc the shoe box would now fit In my luggage. I tried looking online w/o the style name/# all I knew was "light pink nike". Try finding this shoe with that information & I PROMISE YOU ALL YOU WILL GET IS FRUSTRATED.
So I googled "Finish Line Shoe Store near Beverly Hills, CA". I do not know if it was the same store I was in, while in CA, but the young lady that Helped me on the phone deserves 10 ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'a for her Customer Service, Knowledge of Stock, Patience, Willingness to Help and Especially her Kindness. When I called I was trying to figure out if I was calling the right store bc I was going to say where this particular Pink pair of Nike's were on display in this particular store that I saw them in. I have not seen these in 2 Stores nearest me & they had no idea what shoe I was describing.
I was Very Impressed with the way she handled herself/me, not getting on the Defensive when hearing an agitated person on the other end of the phone. She is Determined and Has to be a Valued Employee bc she asked the questions she needed answered for her to tell me what shoe it was that I was trying to describe to her. Not even the 800 Line figured it out or the 2 Stores I went in, neither asked questions either to try to help me figure out what shoe I was looking for.
I did not mean to vent my frustration on this person that was trying to help me, the frustration was built up by the hours I had Literally just spent (AGAIN) online trying to find this Mystery Pink Nike shoe . As Sweet & Helpful as she was... while trying to remember the name of the Nike (which was 2 Letters and 1 number) I forget her name.
I feel like a complete butt for not remembering but I do remember her name has "2 Syllables (I think)+last syllables sounds like the letter E+Worked PM on 09/11/2017+ Sweet+answered call at 8:35PM(PST)+ Figured out in Less than 2 Minutes what pink Nike I was looking for... that's faster than it took to read this Review. I think her name was Ellie. If not the Urban Dictionary definition for Ellie describes this girl that answered🍭 But if it was 3 syllables it might have been Emily Either way you should leave good Reviews for Employees like this One.... giving a 1⭐ bc of a 📦 not being available is not a reason for giving a store location a bad name. I usually look at places by the their ratings. When I called I was probably expecting someone with an rude/attitude or not helpful by the one star review w/o reading it or seeing (which is Shame On Me) that it was the ONLY REVIEW & Got 1⭐ OVER A FREAKING BOX, WHICH EMPLOYEES DO NOT SUPPLY.

When someone Reviews a particular Store Location I AssUme it Reflects the Employees at that Location. Maybe order more than a week before school starts or before Christmas, that could explain running out of boxes...
