The atmosphere is just fine in the Starbucks Universe. In my Hydra(o) container, I hold the Secret to Life: A hot latte. Maybe I should cut back on those Marvel-ous flicks… (Nah.😬)

Nice and cozy atmosphere. Staff are nice and courteous.

Keep in mind store closes at 8 PM. After 8 PM only drive through is open. Starbucks App doesn’t show this information.

GREAT! Clean, lots of seating. Drive Thru location. The wait is not long, they are very quick here!

I usually don’t write reviews but I had a great experience this morning ordering a drive through coffee.

Ali is amazing!! He literally lit up my morning with his personality and kindness. He’s now my bestie in my head. The best employee I’ve ever encountered at Starbucks. I even saw him go to customers who were sitting to check on them when he no longer had guests by the cashier. A real life angel.

Your worker Ali is a ray of light and really made my day. A very special person that one. Lucky to have him

This location is not easily seen from the road. It's tucked away, a bit of a hidden location. Which makes it the perfect hidden Gem in the city. This Starbucks like many others offers a ton of the same selection that other locations do but the thing that sets them apart is the staff. Specifically Erica. Erica had great customer service & even offered Sriracha with the sandwich order I placed. I had no idea until she told me!! I've been to multiple Starbucks & it wasn't until today I found out they had sauces in packets. Erica was very friendly & accommodating when it came to placing my order. I definitely recommend coming here. Even just to relax the place has a nice interior which is very comfortable. Drive thru is an option as well in case you are in a hurry & have to be on the go. Being that it's currently a hidden gem hopefully you'll come across less traffic than other locations.

Still hate paying $5+ for a coffee but it is really good - brown sugar oatmilk iced espresso... the servers are always so friendly... I just feel bad that they probably don't get as many tips with the lazy people in the drive thru... even more of a reason to tip! If you can't even get out of your car, for heavens' sake - tip the people that are running all day to ensure that you aren't inconvenienced! It's bad enough we have a generation of kids that feel "entitled" but the problem is they grew up with it being okay.... sorry for the vent.. or should I say Venti??

Excellent customer service. Kevin was very patient and courteous. He even brought our pastries to our table. Allison was also very attentive.

I have been here several times and always this staff is friendly I'm very helpful. Because they didn't have a strong dark coffee brewed like French roast but they're medium strong Pikes Peak I wanted a shot of espresso in the coffee to give it a little more and caffeine. This particular coffee was about $3.75 but they decided not to charge me for the shot of espresso as they did not have the coffee that I wanted so it only cost 225 and of course I gave them $5 and said keep the change because these people live on their tips and especially at the holidays we need to give bigger tips to service people so they can have a happy holiday season as well as we do. I recommend this particular Starbucks wholeheartedly. And I assure you you will not be disappointed if you go there. By Stephen Valentino

This Starbucks is at LA Live. Easy to order and pay for your drink. Sadly when events are happening, the wait can be up to 20-30mins for your drink. They are short staffed and the line is nearly beyond out of control. Many First Responders and event security who wanted something warm to drink, walked away. This sadly goes for others.
I HIGHLY suggest that this location be better prepared when there will be an insanely amount of people heading to and from the events in and around LALive.
Clippers Game and then LA Kings Game as well as Comic Con all happening on a Saturday.

This location has really ironed out all the initial issues they had and I am really enjoying this location now. They even had a nice event where they served up coffee to taste and dessert bites.

1st time at this location (a clean and well-lite location)…and I will be returning. The staff are warm and amiable all while wearing smiles!

The few times I've been there always good. But when it says a splash when you put on the mobile regular you want regular not just a splash for the coffee strong but good. A little bit more almond milk would have been great

This place is near my office and the baristas are ways great. They all end up k owing your name and even what your usual is. Since it shares a wall with the mini market in the Chevron station, the parking can be a little crazy during peak hours. This Starbucks is very busy due to the large amount of office buildings that surround it so expect a little wait

A busy Starbucks with a fantastic staff all day! Coffee is as good as any other Starbucks location but on terms of location and staff; this store really stands out! Gets busy between 7-9 because of the location but that’s what makes it extremely convenient!

One of the better Starbucks locations in the area. Many places to sit and have coffee or work. 6-8 parking spots right in front of it and few more around the gas station (where this Starbucks is). Good one, I will come back here again.

They were so friendly at this location. And a big plus is that they open late !

This location is good , guys are polite and store is clean and nice 👍 .
I recently changed my store to this location which is more far away from my place , before I was Westfield Topanga Starbucks customer but i didn't like to answer extra and unrelated question about my choice .
Some of those guys need to educate about respect to the customers .
