SHOUTOUT Shelby and Jackie. For sure 5 stars. I just moved about 5 mins away and I never go to starbucks. They hooked it up and upgraded my drink size without me even asking. They really treated my lil girl to a surprise cake pop too.

I'll be going back to this starbucks now.

Best employees hands down of any starbucks I've ever visited !! I'd give them 10 stars if I could... the managers are awesome too... they rarely ever make mistakes, and if they do, they go above and beyond to make it right...

I had one of the best experience today! A kid was crying because they are out of brownies. One manager named Jay-Jay turned to the crying kid. He kneeled down to talk to him and introduced himself. He tried to cheer him up and offered something better. My family has a cafe business in Canada and its success is dependent upon providing an enjoyable experience for all our customers. Forget about above and beyond, that manager elevated customer service and exceeded expectations. Staff are not smiling enough though. But overall great experience! Thank you so much

Love the triple shots in my coffee in the morning. The Baristas always nice there. Very accommodating when a mistake has been made . I love the location. A very short walk across from the truck stop. Next door to the gas station and convenience store. That's very convenient

They got me a traveller's within 22 minutes of phone ordering. Not bad. Gouda bacon egg breakfast sandwich I'd good!

The line was a little long in the drive thru but the didn’t wait didn’t seem too long. The guy that took my order was the same guy at the window an he was very nice he was able to keep taking orders while ii paid for my order an as he handed me my drink without being rude which was nice because ii have gone to other places an as they hand me my order they don’t even look at me or they will shut the window right away before ii have a chance to say thank you or anything. Also my vanilla chai latte was made on point an hit the spot perfectly that day!!! Thanks Starbucks crew an keep up the great service! ( the place says madera but really it was Dinuba that ii had this experience at )

Everyone is nice in this starbucks and have very good nature and very helpful,i forgot my mask in my truck she gave me mask to wear and extra mask. Really nice people wish if i can give them more thn 5stars.

Right next to a gas station you wouldn’t expect much, but this is one of the nicest Starbucks I have been into. Clean, very friendly, and quick service, with a patio area in from to sit out side. (Ok, not a great view, but comfortable and with Wi-fi). Definitely a place I’d stop again (and am already planning to!).

Nice little Starbucks. Nice staff. It's never been too busy anytime I've been here. The place is clean the staff are friendly. Just about all you can ask for.

I was here ordering, and long story short, there was a misunderstanding with the order. They changed the order without hesitation and the behavior was very polite and welcoming. Loved it

I had the best service going through this Starbucks. I got my drink in less than 40sec! Talk about fast service.

Thry should open at 5 am for the early flights but i gave them 5 stars because they offered Mexican chocolate...loved it.

Awesome location for vacationers and truckers. Gio can make almost anything from the fancy drink list.

The gril at the counter is really energetic, thank her for the suggestion of Pumpkin spice cream cold brew, taste very smooth and nice.
