This morning I took my Uncle here in Madera he was looking for a cowboy hat Young man that helped us his name is J He went out of his way to find the right size of hat for my Uncle He even shaped the hat the way my Uncle liked it. My Uncle had lots of questions about the hat and he was very patient answered everything.J was a big help very Professional This Store very nice and big And clean. Was on the search for a specific boot for my daughter, even though the item wasn’t in stock Westin went above and beyond to help me out. He ended up finding it at a different location and having it shipped to a store nearby my house. The store was well kept and they provided great customer service, definitely recommend this place.

I was not even on planning on buying boots today because I can’t ever find any in person that fit me (size 14EE). Searched the store, couldn’t find anything that fit right or that I liked… Monse approaches, ask her a question, and within 5 minutes she returns with exactly the boots I needed that fit and aligned with my style.
I wish there was Monse at every store I shop at!
