We were here for the kids workshop.
It was excellent, very nice helpful employees and kids had so much fun with the project wich is outdoor by the entrance.

This review is for the young man who wears a cap and recently transferred to this location... I sincerely apologize but I cannot recall if his name... possibly Travis or James. I’ve only seen him in the customer service department. But anyways, I've been to this location twice recently and he is the only one who left a lasting impression/made me compelled enough to write this review (besides this other woman who assisted me during one of the kids workshop days). He has always provided excellent customer care in every way from his level of politeness, attentiveness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond in all that he does. This man definitely shows he loves his job and really cares about customer satisfaction. I honestly think this store would do so much better if he was slated to become a manager someday. Everyone else seems to keep to themselves or just stand there. He's the only one who acknowledges those who enter the store, says hi to people, and asks if they need any help no matter what time of day he is working. Thank you for all that you do and you definitely deserve a raise, recognition, or a promotion!

I need to leave 5 stars for Carl specifically. Carl was the MVP for me on Saturday night. I work for an escape room, so sometimes we have some pretty specific and unique needs, and as murphys law dictates, we always have those needs when it's the busiest and most invonvenient time to have them. I called this Home Depot to see if they carried a specific gauge of copper wire in a casing for a puzzle in one of our rooms and Carl helped me on the phone. Carl not only scoured this Home Depot, but when he realized they didn't have any in stock, he checked other home depots, and started looking at neighboring businesses for me. He checked Harbor Freight, Best Buy, etc, and we didn't have any luck. I thanked him for his effort and told him I would keep doing research and hopefully find something but I appreciated all he was doing. 5 minutes after we hung up, he called me back to tell me he found exactly what I was looking for at an Auto Zone, and he also gave me their phone number, address, and informed me that they were open for about another hour and that he called them to confirm that they had what I needed in stock. He absolutely saved the night for my business, and his customer service is a 10/5. Give him a raise. He clearly cares about customers and he made what was a stressful situation for me infinately more manageable just by caring and going the extra mile. I cannot give him enough stars!!! Everyone chant Carl's name like you're carrying him off as the star player of a football game, because he deserves it. CARL! CARL! CARL!!!! A+++++ service :D

Great location, but busy !
It’s always with a great variety of material, parts and tool depending the trade where you work.

Wouldn’t normally write a review about a Home Depot but had to get some plumbing fittings and dreaded walking in bc I’m not super knowledgeable but I was met by a very nice older guy from Brooklyn who works in the plumbing section and hooked me up with all the stuff I needed and also helped about 3 other ppl while I was there.

The Home Depot has wonderful customer service. The paint team is very efficient in helping you choose the colors and make the samples. It’s a reasonable cost for a sample.

The knowledge, friendly staff helped in every aisle. The selection is great and my favorite section is the plant section filled with plants and pots.

It’s a tricky parking lot to find your way out on Warner - just follow the other cars going through the turns on the way out.

Pavers selection is good and they help you carry it out

I find myself going here quite a bit. Seems like they have everything you need for your home. (Not surprising) Overall good experience and appreciate the self checkout lines as well.

Had to get myself some new gear because I’m moving. I went to Lowe’s, but they were absent and were unhelpful. Then I went to the Home Depot, and the associate know as Creed, without hesitating saved me a 2nd trip and loads of time. Thanks guys 🫡

Home depot here is amazing over the last 10 years. The staff is always super professional and knowledgeable and willing to help or find the right answers. I have never experienced them upselling or pushing product I don't want. If anything they are honest and rather to you go home an do more research with their suggestions before you buy. I have bought many appliances from them as well as used their contractor partner services and am impressed each and every time. Peter in appliances was especially helpful this last visit!

I enjoy Home Depot because people are very friendly inside although sometimes it's hard to find someone to help you locate something. What I especially like is they have parking spaces right close to the door with sign saying veterans only. That is a great idea that most businesses should follow.

I just want to say what a great experience I had meeting Jessica from the Huntington 2 service counter. What a breath of fresh air, funny, helpful, cheerful, everything you want from a store experience. Please let her know she did an amazing job and that this Aussie loved meeting your New York/ California legend. Thank you.

Needed some wood glue to repair my girlfriends dresser drawer and a couple light bulbs, quick and easy with self checkout!

Best place for hardware, fair price, good inventory, friendly staff!

Shopping here pretty often since it's the closest Home Depot from where we live. My wife bought me a tool box for my birthday, but the box was a little too big to transport with my dad's car, staff was really nice and helpful. Three guys helpt us take wheels off the tool box to be able to fit it in the car. Just wanted to thank Tyler, Danny and one more guy that was with them for being super helpful, sorry that I didn't catch the name of the third guy. Thank you all.

It is the closest home improvement store in my area, about two miles as the crow flies. If i'm in no hurry it's Amazon. If I can't wait it's Home Depot.

Peter in plumbing was wonderful. He fixed my pop up sink stopper that had come apart. I had gone to Home Depot to buy a new pop up stopper even though mine was new. It somehow had come apart when I wanted to make sure the drain was clear. He was patient and very helpful, figuring out it could be put together again and I did not need to buy another stopper.

The girl at the counter I wish I got her name we ordered over the phone and it wasn’t ready so thought I would call and she got it ready right away! Awesome customer service and love this store!

I LOVE the Home Depot. It was power tools and drill bits today. I've never had a bad experience at any location. I want to be a General Contractor one day and I always feel at home inside any depot. This is a great company. Home Depot is a million times better than Lowes. No one can beat the Depot!
