Returned some items that looked great on the hangar but not me. I unfortunately lost my receipt but the really really nice cashier with the most beautiful smile helped me out and even remembered me on the day I purchased. The system was able to find my receipt and I got my refund. I will be back!!!

A little crwded, because of the holiday season, but that's normal for thecseason. Employees had very pleasant attitudes. Plentiful Stock. 👍🏾

The customer service is great! Everyone is nice and friendly. The employees are working and doing their job! The store is clean! The floors were so shiny!!

The only bad thing about this store is that everyone brought everything. The stock is low!! Because of Covid, It’s taken awhile to fill up the store with new inventory!! There are still good finds, but you have to search for them.

I would recommend this location to everyone!!

Edit: January 24- My husband and I recently shop here again and they had new inventory. My husband was able to buy new work shoes and a couple pair of shirts. He also loves coming here before and after work to check on the sales. Their customer service is still amazing. Their hours are really convenient for the early and evening shoppers, too.

I love it this store and they have a great selection where their products are organised and in a different area depending on its products.

On Friday, June 28, 2019 I had the pleasure of stopping by the Evergreen Plaza Burlington store looking to purchase some soaps. I must complement the staff for a very well organized and neat store. I was able to see without much effort what they had available in no time. Unfortunately they didn't have what I came in for, but because I didn't waste alot of time looking I was able to locate three pairs of shoes in no time. I was in and out of the store in no with some great bargains. Again thanks so much for making my shopping experience with your store a real joy. Keep up the excellent service.

I found some nice things for my mom and sister before mother's day and the price was good.

It was nice and clean, it was also stocked well and organized nice staff was friendly.

Went there to get a couple of items for my self for work and couldn't find a price for shoes and a tie I looked for someone to help on the floor in the department but did not find anyone so I got in the checkout line it was long and moved fairly quickly and I got Erica as a cashier she helped with prices for the items I wanted and processed the transaction so quick I almost forgot about me not finding help on the floor thanks to her I will come back and get more things, I just hope they get help on the floor that would make shopping so much easier overall good customer service checkout process!!!!lines move quick

THIS LOCATION IS AMAZING!! CLEAN, ORGANIZE, EMPLOYEES WITH GREAT ATTITUDE! they do need a bigger selection in big mens clothing and in womens shoes size 7(hint) but other than that i found everything for my children of all ages(preteen,child,toddler)and home décor.
