Mankas Grill

Had a reservation, so we were seated as soon as we arrived. The food came out quickly but was fresh and delicious. The drinks were strong, and they had a good wine list. Service was good. Would definitely come back again.

Had my Birthday dinner tonight at Mankas Grill and our server LeeAnn was FANTASTIC!!! She made sure everything flowed very smoothly and every need was met quickly. The entrees came out pretty much at the same time and everyone enjoyed their meals. Great salad appetizers, large portioned entrees and delicious desserts! THANK YOU, LEEANN!!!

First time. Never heard of it before. Went for a work lunch. Very nice atmosphere inside. Very little parking outside, so be prepared. Prime Rib sandwich and sweet potato fries were spot on. Highly recommend. Would like to come back in the evening for dinner and wine.

I love Mankas Grill. The food never disappoints and the staff is welcoming. It gets busy during weekend peak hours, especially for dinner, so would recommend a reservation or calling ahead. My favorite thing to order here are the salads, specifically the shrimp or salmon, as well as the portobello burger. My mom loves their Lobster Bisque. They have a variety of steaks which look delicious but I’ve yet to try.
Also, fyi they partner with Vezer winery next door. If you bring a bottle from Vezer, there is no corkage fee!

Great place in the area for a good, high quality meal and good vibes.

Went on a Thursday night. Has the Alaskan fish with a side of Brussel sprouts which were to die for! Loved the crispy airiness of the spouts cooked just to perfection! I would have loved a tangy sauce lightly drizzled over these sprouts! We had beer and wine as well. Service was great 😊 We did not have an appointment but we’re able to get a spot on the outside bar seating.

This place is excellent. I like the atmosphere, and loved the food.

Rigatoni Bolognese- this was a pretty good pasta dish. It did not stand out to me, but was not bad. I felt it could use just a bit of something. Whether it was a little heat or garlic or cheese. It just needed a kick. Still tasty even if it was not the star of the meal. 4/5

Steakhouse Burger- This was one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. I was trying to deconstruct it and figure out why and I came to the conclusion that it was just good meat cooked to perfection. The bacon jam is the perfect addition and takes it to the next level.

One of the best restaurants I've been to. 10 women for a birthday dinner and zero complaints! My sister in law said best sea bass she's had, myself and 1 other had the filet mignon it was incredible and cut with my fork. The chicken picatta looked amazing, I heard it was! Even the bread was incredible.

Great service, delicious food and drinks. We all ordered the prime rib sandwich special. Portions were generous and everything was prepared perfectly. Potato leek soup, house chips and sweet potato fries for sides. Dessert included flourless chocolate cake and lemon meringue tart. Drinks were a moscow mule and a cosmo. Will definitely be back.

Just about perfect is what this place is. Love the vibe...it's a bar, it's a casual dinning room, it's a romantic and more private dinning room and it's a beautiful patio. I had the jambalaya which was delicious and spicy...my wife had the ricotta Bolognese and she said it was very good. For the dessert we shared the pecan bread pudding pie with ice cream...damn!! The creme brulee was not good...beautiful presentation but the dish was overcooked and eggy...not silky and smooth.
Not a big deal and nothing to really complain about. Parking is a challenge...but there is usually somewhere to park...keep looking. Great date night...I will be back!

I can’t believe this place is only got 4.4 star on google! It really deserves more than that. The food is outstanding! It was my first time here and definitely coming back this holiday season. By far the most delicious wings and butternut squash soup I’ve ever had. Steak was melted in my mouth! Just give it a try you won’t regret!

This place is fabulously fantastic, the service is World Class , is a Michelin Star Chef working here ? The food is amazing , the atmosphere I love everything!! Love, Love, Love . Was out on an adventure and found this pace by accident , what a pleasant surprise, a fabulous host and amazing service the food was life changing , I will absolutely be coming back ! ❤❤❤

Cozy hole-in-the-wall, which usually translates to excellent food, & this place was no exception. Server was VERY pleasant & knowledgeable on menu items, high recommendations for dinner selections. I had chicken piccata & although capers were scarce, the sauce was delectable! I had more than enough to take home. My friend opted for medium well prime rib & ate it all! We both enjoyed cocktails with our meals & had a wonderful time! Would definitely return!

What a special place in the middle of wine country, Suisun Valley.

Reservations are a must because this restaurant located on a corner as the name suggest had been discovered.

Eat on the patio if it isn't too warm.

Drinks superb and food even better than it looks. And end your meal with tiramisu.

Wonderful spot for a great dinner. Service was delightful, my steak was perfectly cooked. We had a table with 12 and all our food came out basically at the same time.

Delicious. Had the halibut, each bite was a delight. The mac and cheese was fabulous, and the brussels sprouts were a treat, nice and crispy. The staff was friendly and timely. Bread pudding with ice cream to finish it off, delish.

First class service, customer service was absolutely fantastic and not to mention the food. Excellent flavor, the meat was super juicy and tender. Great spot to eat and just sit and relax. Will most definitely returning and trying the tomahawk steak. This place is a must if you love ans enjoy wine and steak.

The steaks here are so delicious: tender and flavorful, balanced out with some fresh vegetables.
The wine was great too, well worth a visit to this cute location amongst the vineyards.

We love Mankas Grill! Hands down our favorite restaurant in Fairfield. The atmosphere, people, and food are incredible! Great local wines available! And they use local produce too. The beef short rib is a personal favorite.

Mankas Grill is the best restaurant in the Suisun Valley-Fairfield area! Five Stars for food, ambiance and service. Their brunch is fantastic offering pancakes, steak and eggs Benedict. Lunch time favorites include their steak burger and salads. Dinner gets better with their tomahawk bone-in ribeye which is the best among all steakhouses from Napa to Vacaville. One of our favorites is the shrimp appetizer, always fresh. Jason and Kyle has turned the old Mankas steakhouse into a modern, more open, casual but elegant restaurant with a better floor plan in the main dining room, a separation for the bar area, the addition of the outside bar tops and an improved patio area. The back room can accommodate large parties. The service team here are excellent with everyone working together throughout the dinning service. They’re knowledgeable, friendly and timely. Top notch service! Great bar and wine menu. Love their moscow mule. Mankas Grill is highly recommended!

It’s my first time visiting and we went here for Sunday brunch! The waitress was so sweet, the food came out really quick and tasted delish. Drinks were also great! Highly recommend & would come again!
