Fact: One the biggest, best-est Whole Foods we have ever seen...There are many in San Jose - none compare...Loved the fact VERVE coffee was on sale - great produce dept...sterling staff- very helpful. Next door to Peet's...very busy parking lot...

Boy this is a great store with the best of everything from cheese to meat to wine to wine to deli products oh and did I mention the cheese Big store very friendly people lots of people that are very helpful close-at-hand Beautiful store and it's spotless, Lots of silk check out as well as manned check out areas

Absolutely beautiful flowers. There are so many different varieties to choose from. Had to make some bouquets for my Mom's Rememberance service. Had so many compliments!

Not just a Whole Foods Market, but a DIAMOND Whole Foods Market! Over the top displays and selection. Friendly, helpful staff to help you find things in the wonderous grand canyon of aisles.

Just a fabulous LARGE store. We were visiting the Silverado from Santa Barbara and our store is tiny. This store has so many more products, wide aisles and is a dream. Parking lot was packed as there is a Trader Joe's near it but if you can shop early or late, you won't be disappointed.

Very nice Whole Foods. A smidgen confusing but once you shop there more than a few times it’s great!

Parking lot really busy. Trances Street was bottlenecked at 3PM. But when I got into store, impressive!

I love this whole foods their salad bar and their hot bar are really good for great quick lunch options never can go wrong. The bummer they took away cash pay at the self checkout! They're going to need to beef up the cashiers it's taking too long when you only have like three or four items and someone has a full basket in front of you. Don't forget your plastic cards if you want to do self checkout.

A great shop of the chain. Large meal section with lots of mischievous stuff that makes you eat. Little pricy as all of them are. Has a good energy, makes me wanna buy avocados seing all those yoga enthusiasts :P My recent favorite are those tiny watermelons. Try with feta cheese. Also has good neighbors for extended shopping.

Great food. Great prices. Some of the staff could use a little help in the manners department. 😊Cashiers need training.

This review is for the bakery. I worked with Cristina for my wedding cake and she and the bakery staff were AMAZING. They made a beautiful two-tiered cake and a sheet cake, and predicted the number of slices and the number of people who would want cake perfectly. They made the cake taste like tiramisu while it looked like a normal cake AND dealt with a number of "questions" (demands of increasingly questionable sanity), from both my mother and my husband's, patiently and professionally. My mother in law also previously got a birthday cake for me here and it was one of the best cakes I've ever tasted. I would definitely recommend getting your special occasion cakes from here! (Note for the pictures: I added the flowers myself, but the cake pictured is what they made.)

One of the biggest and nicest Whole Foods that I've been to. Then I get to the register to pay and the two people there were super kind friendly and helpful. Loved my experience. Just Visiting from San Diego... Sorry no photos this time!!

Best cheese selection ever. Best wine varieties i have seen. Why Vineyard hop when you can go here for wine and cheese. & i'm local. Whole Foods Market has it.
And everything else that a market has. Top notch people and food. It is a pleasure shopping here.

Came back after getting the worst first time experience here at Whole Foods and came back earlier today and was gladly helped by Crystal who works for Whole Foods and helps customers like me find the best products. Recommend her and hopefully she can get a raise because she does an excellent job and very professional ✅

Eric went above and beyond when we placed our order for our pizza. He went searching the entire store for the vegan ricotta and was so nice and accommodating when he didn’t find any. The pizza was made to perfection and he was seriously the most friendly person I’ve ever encountered working at any grocery store! I’ve been shopping here forever and although since covid, they haven’t been as stocked as they normally are, the staff is always happy to check the back to see if the products are available.

I am a regular shopper at this Whole Foods store, and on a semi-weekly basis for the past year have gone to the store for some of our family groceries. Almost without exception, I find one item or another on my list is hard to find, and I have to ask for some help from the many Whole Food employees who work in the store. They are always personable, helpful, find what I was looking for if it is in the store, with a smile on their face.

Today, I have what I categorize as an extraordinary experience there. I was in my usual “find that one obtuse item that is somewhere in the store” but I could not find it. I asked someone who just happened to walk by, whose name was Melanie, and when I described what I wanted, she perked right up, knew exactly what i needed, where it was, which was somewhere in back, not on the shelf, went back to get it, and brought it to me. With a cordial conversation, shared additional information about similar items that were on the healthy side of the spectrum on topics like our micro biome, etc. which was useful to me beyond buying product from the store.

Her courtesy, competence, humor, twinkle in the eye, over and above the normal exceptional service to help me with that one unique item, coupled with her passion for service, struck me as extraordinary.

I recall she was an assistant manager or similar in her role at the company, so whomever works with her, or she reports to, I hope you know how valuable she is to have on the team.

Called to be sure they had a fairly rare herb I needed. Held it for me. Paid that those and the couple other things I needed right at customer service. Very pleasant young lady there who'd also gone out, verified, whike I waited on phone, that they did indeed have it and had it right there waiting. She was also fast with checking. Wonderful experience again. It's relaxing to shop there as people are always welcoming

Of course I love this place! I just wish it was close to Hopland!! Great variety and quality of products real chefs foods and ingredients as well. I find all my vitamins and supplements here and reasonably priced as well. Love all the fresh baked items and fresh greens and veggies. I definitely recommend Whole Foods.

Great vegetables.Wide range of choices. Lots of organics Always fresh. Well stocked Exceptional and friendly staff. I don't understand why Whole Foods is always getting a bad rap. Prices are not outrageous and with Prime there are excellent deals.
